I had an exceptional experience when purchasing my new home with Fine & Country. From the first viewing of the property, Maddy was knowledgeable and kind and was just a breath of fresh air! Charlene, who consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire process, was just an absolute dream to deal with as a buyer. From the very first conversation, she was proactive, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping us achieve the best outcome. She answered the phone day and night and even checked in if she’d not heard from us in a while. I’ll genuinely miss chatting with her - she is a real credit to F&C. Their communication was excellent - especially Alice Madden who was always quick to respond, clear in her explanations, and incredibly patient with all my questions and some of the obstacles that we faced along the way. She was a real advocate for us at times. We were offered honest, insightful advice at every stage by both Alice & Charlene. Nothing was too much bother for either of them. Whether it was arranging last-minute viewings, coordinating with the council or various other bodies, or following up on details that others might have overlooked, they handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. It never felt like just a transaction - they made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could’ve been at points. I couldn’t recommend F&C more highly.
