Finn's Sandwich sales office has been excellent. This was a probate sale of an empty property, with the property requiring a lot of work. As we live some distance away, we the Executors have had to rely on Finn's completely and they have not disappointed. Charlotte Rich has been our point of contact and she has been so helpful, efficient and cheerful throughout, keeping us informed, reacting to queries and advising on electricians, plumbers, gardeners as appropriate. A difficult situation has been eased by her. We also feel that through Dane Fennell's advice we have received a fair price and that the Buyers will feel the same

Awful company to deal with if you're a tenant. The fees as extortionate! They are the only company that have ever charged me a renewal tenancy contract fee and advising me there was no other option available unless I signed in for a year. Once they see you're happy and settled then the demands to the landlord starts for the rent increases! The highest we had was over £300 a month! Was so glad when I moved away from them.

Very professional and outstanding service.
The only estate agent that managed to correctly value our house and due to an incompetent Deal estate agent managed to finally help us move. This estate agent did not receive any commission from us and yet answered over 50 emails.
