Selling your house they say is one of the most stressful things you can ever do and yes it is, however Rob & Toby do everything they can to make the process as painless as it can be. When we met we were told “it’s a journey but we will hold your hands and go through it together”, and they certainly did.
If you want honesty and regular communication Fitzjohns are the agents to choose. We were given an honest valuation and all viewings were arranged with what the client wanted out of a house. Not wasting our time or theirs.

An automated reminder system for viewings, regular update calls, feedback and market reports took the worry of out selling. Rob and Toby are very professional, utterly personable, forward thinking and driven to do a great job.

Fitzjohn Estates were the third agents I used to sell my property and from start to finish they were a cut above the rest. They deliver everything you want from an Estate agent but in my experience rarely get.
The photos of the property were exceptional and showed the house off perfectly and the use of the drone gave some lovely aerial shots.
Toby was excellent at continuously keeping me informed and chasing solicitors etc, which took away a lot of the stress.
