After another purchase fell through, we were on a really tight timescale. The team were honest and upfront about the vendor’s position and gave us helpful advice, rather than just pushing us to make an offer.
Communication was excellent throughout — there was always someone available by phone or email to answer questions, chase things up, or simply keep us in the loop.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flexi Agent and would definitely use them again to sell (although hopefully not anytime soon!).

Having relocated from the other side of the country, they listened to exactly what we needed and were really helpful in fitting us in with viewings. Julie was really knowledgable about the area and kept us up to date on houses coming onto the market. We found the house of our dreams and Mariyah was fantastic in communicating with us as we negotiated an offer. If you want your property sold quickly and in a professional capacity Flexi - Agent are the only Estate Agent to consider , I think .
They are open 7 days a week ! - no other agent has that commitment .
Julie in the Formby branch knows the local area inside out and she’s the best partner you could have selling your house for you .
We recently had a valuation on our house and the valuer Mark was so knowledgeable , courteous , and made us feel at ease in our home . We will be going with Flexi when we are ready to sell in the next few weeks .

We used Flexi Agent when we saw our dream house and wanted to move quickly never in our wildest dreams did we imagine that within 12 hrs of Andrea viewing our own house and Jack taking amazing photos that our property would be on Rightmove !
The very next day we had 3 viewings all done by flexi and we had 2 offers… one of which we accepted for 10k over the asking price ..:. We couldn’t believe it, their communication was excellent, professional and the best thing they offered viewings on Sundays and after 6. We couldn’t fault them.
