When I decided to sell my house I was certain I would choose Tinsley or Potter but asked Flex-iAgent for a valuation as I had heard good things about them.<br>I'm so glad I did.<br>Mark was extremely professional and enthusiastic and quite frankly made the other 2 estate agents seem very old fashioned in their approach.<br>Luke did a great job creating our sales listing even making improvements on his recommendation.<br>My house was bought for the full asking price by the first person to view.<br>Jacquie was excellent, chasing people up and keeping me informed at every stage.<br>I also dealt with Ruth Ryan and Aimee who were all very helpful. I called into the office numerous times and every member of the team was friendly and keen to help.<br>Movng home can be a stressful experience but the great team they have at Flexi-Agent keep that to a minimum.<br>If you are thinking of moving house I can't recommend them highly enough .

Georgia was amazing from start to finish, great communication and went the extra mile and even replied out of hours. Very helpful and just lovely to speak too. Felt very informed throughout and not pressured. Great experience and everything handled very well.

From the word go the Flexi Agent team have totally exceeded my expectations. Anna who valued our house was really professional and ensured that we were kept up to date with the advert. From there Georgia took over and communicated efficiently throughout. Georgia was understanding and negotiated impressively. There were some complexities, but the team and manager Jo were always at hand and dealt seamlessly with the issues. Thank you

Although I didn't end up buying a property through Rebecca and the team at Flexi Agent Formby, I wanted to leave a review because exceptional customer service deserves recognition.<br><br>From start to finish, Rebecca was professional, friendly, and incredibly generous with her time and advice. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me, never making me feel like just another customer. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she went above and beyond to answer questions and provide support, even though the purchase ultimately didn't happen.<br><br>It's rare to come across such a dedicated and approachable estate agent, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rebecca and the whole Flexi Agent team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again for all your hard work – it was very much appreciated.
