We have received amazing service from Flexi Agent, in particular from Ryan Goodwin during our home valuation. He was professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process very seamless. I could tell that he really loves what he does and this instilled trust. Excellent communication and professional service. Flexi surveyor Mark Curley was always responsive to my queries and acted in a professional manner. The sale of my property proceeded quickly, my experience with Mark and the company was very positive and I highly recommend them.

I cannot praise this Agent enough, they operate to the highest standards and are contactable at any time.
The people working behind the scenes deserve special credit, that's Ruth and Calim.
Flexi agent have now sold our property twice, the first time the buyer pulled out for unforeseen circumstances, Flexi agent then resold to another buyer within a week.
Quite remarkable when you consider other estate agents both in and out of the local area had the property up for many months previously without success.
I don't believe this was down to coincidence, I'd give 6 stars if I could but the system max is 5!

Can’t rate them highly enough.
They are experts in their field and the customer service is exceptional.
A special thank you to Mark and Olivia and also to Richard who initially suggested putting the property in an Auction which proved to be the best solution for us.
