He was the agent when I bought a central Bristol flat in 2016, and again when we sold that in 2020 (despite being at a different agency). Since that he started his own agency and so when we need to sell our house in Keynsham this year, we sought him out over Keynsham specific agents to represent us. He has outdone himself again, and in a challenging market.
I wouldn't consider using any other agent if I needed to sell again in any area he worked. Thanks Chris, all the best.

After having my house on the market for a year with one of the big-name estate agents, 50 viewings and just one lowball offer nearly 20% under asking, I switched to Chris Forrest at Forrest Agent. Within 24 hours of relisting, Chris secured three serious offers above asking price.
His fees are very slightly higher than the big brands, but you’ll make that back at least tenfold (fiftyfold in my case) through a better sale price, sharper marketing, and competent, professional handling of the entire process. I only wish I’d gone with him from the start, a huge life lesson. Can’t recommend Chris highly enough.

Forrest Agent specifically Chris, provided an exceptional service to me as a buyer. He very quickly organised viewings (multiple) at the beginning of the process, something I'd previously experienced as a challenge with other agents. Chris was also supportive throughout what wasn't the smoothest transaction legally (nothing the agent could control), but he ensured a good level of communication between his vendor, their solicitor, me and my solicitor, when things were getting tricky. Would recommend, as you'd be in safe, professional hands at a stressful time.

Currently looking to buy in the Bristol area and although haven't yet purchased, we were interested in a property represented by Forrest Agent and we can honestly say that dealing with Chris has been, by far, our best agent experience to date. Very professional and efficient from booking viewings, right through to the actual viewing and all the communications in between. However this all comes with a personal touch from Chris, who actually has the answers to your questions regarding the property, and if he doesn't, finds them without delay. You get the impression Chris actually cares about the buyer as much as the seller whom he is representing - a part of the process that leads to a smooth transaction that many agents miss the point on. We can only hope that when we find the property we're looking for, it's one that Forrest Agent are representing.

Chris Forrest did an excellent job for me. He sold my flat in less than a week for more than the asking price. During the conveyancing process he worked really hard to keep the deal on track. In my case the buyer’s solicitor was very unresponsive and slow. The deal nearly fell through. It all got very stressful. Chris remained calm, friendly and professional throughout and smoothed everything over to make the deal happen.
Chris’s set up works really well. He can give you his full attention when listing and as you are always dealing with him it makes it so easy.
Chris gets it that he is selling not just a flat or house but your home. He does this in a respectful way, making it easy for you, while getting you the best deal in the quickest time.

Not only was he incredibly engaged when showing us around, he was also extremely knowledgable about the property and could answer all of our questions giving his professional opinion. Chris originally sold my house to me a few years ago. When I went to sell it, I tried to find him, but he had moved estate agents. Through a stroke of luck, I met him when looking to purchase a new property and kept in touch. When then going to sell the property I had bought, I met with 5 Clifton estate agents. All of them completely low-balled my property in terms of asking price and did not take into account the nuances that I thought merited a higher asking price - apart from Chris. He took the time to listen to my rationale and respected my input. He provided sound advice on ways to improve the aesthetic of my property and within the first set of viewings achieved our asking price which was £30k more than the other agents had suggested. Chris is personable, friendly and approaches every aspect of what are often stressful situations with professionalism and humour, which works for me personally. Chris is the only agent I would trust to sell my house and I would not hesitate to recommend him as your personal property agent.

We loved the look of the house as soon as we saw it online - the photographs were amazing! But, being sceptical and after viewing somewhere in the region of 100 houses already, we knew that photographs lie... but not in this case, the house was just as stunning as the photo's!
From the moment we met at the house, Chris was really helpful and had answers to our questions immediately or got back to us very quickly.
He was very efficient and hands on - chasing solicitors and getting things organised which was much appreciated. We viewed the house in November and will be moving in mid-February 2022 - which in the current climate is a fantastic turnaround and Chris was instrumental in that.

I can’t recommend Chris Forrest enough if you are considering selling your house. He provides a professional, bespoke service and is a great guy to boot! Chris really cares about every detail from the professional photographs to selecting the right potential buyers. He gives great advice on preparing your house for sale, where it’s clear he sees how important your asset is and getting the best price for it is. I found with other agents they were in a hurry to get the house on the market omitting small finishing touches the house needed. Chris’ attention to detail and expertise in the industry put him heads and shoulders above the rest.
Once I’d accepted an offer, Chris kept everyone consistently in the loop and proactively encouraged all stakeholders to keep the ball rolling.
Selling a house is a lot more than just putting an ad on rightmove, as some may tell u. U need the right dedicated person to get it right like Chris at Forrest.
