EDITED that wasn't the case at all. We are not holding you at fault for the sale falling thru. We found something else chain free and are happy about that. Those things happen. Not once did you update us without us asking about what was happening first. Completely dishonest from your side to say you did. EDIT END Emails were always replied to promptly and viewings were good but that was as good as it got. We were kept in the dark several times not knowning what was going on and apart from the final update we always had to chase for updates. despite multiple promises to be kept updated we were not. This made the process more stressful than it needed to be. Something are outside our control but communication of important developments could of been much better.... Read more

They was calling my every day with the same questions... simply they got nothing else to do or not enough clinets to dealing with so they go plenty of time to bother their clients... anyway, when deal was off they didnt even hesitate to message my about it...
