Having current issues with the slowness and lack of communication of the conveyancing firm recommended by Fox and Sons, relied on the recommendation as buying on own for the 1st time. The agents failed to show for a viewing saying it was an error with their system. No one answering phones when I was waiting outside for viewing. Wasted an hour and a half driving over and waiting for them to turn up.
They then booked me in again but I had to call the morning of the viewing as they sent no confirmation. They couldn't find my name and said the property had sold anyway. No call to cancel my viewing, so if I didn't call them I would have been waiting outside the property wasting another hour and a half.
Very poor systems, communication and what appears to be inept staff.

I can't thank the wonderful team at Seaford Fox and Sons enough for their dedication, tenacity and sheer determination when it came to selling our house. As it's been a long haul we will certainly miss them!
Sam, Toby, Siana and Rob you are a great team and have been patient and professional throughout this 16 month ordeal!
It was a roller coaster of a sale as we suffered a number of broken chains and numerous obstacles but Sam Hines pulled it off in style in the 11th hour by coordinating everything together beautifully! Sam does not give up! He was optimistic, patient with us and retained a sense of humour throughout.
Sam kept us informed and updated with progress reports very regularly and is top of his game!
Toby and Rob also took the time to speak with us in depth about the progress of our sale and Siana was diligent in getting back to us and updating as with news.

Shocking behaviour from these guys on completion day. Constant hassle about leaving the sold property minutes after we had completed on the new one. Moving is stressful enough so harassing an 8 month pregnant female to the point thay she had to call her midwife is just not acceptable. Took side of buyers and agreed that they should dump our property in the front garden or not let us collect it at all on the day. Should really have been negotiating and supporting their customer who had just paid over £4000. Please avoid at all costs.

Fox and sons were amazing throughout the whole process. Toby Valued my house and explained the process really well. We marketed the property that we felt we would get the highest level of interest. This led to us achieve loads of viewings and we needed an open house to accommodate everyone. Fox's then achieved multiple offers leading to a sale above the asking price. I was so impressed! Cannot praise the Team enough at Seaford Fox and sons, The whole team have been fantastic from valuation, viewings to sale of our property, Josh, Shannon and Megan kept us in informed the whole way through and made everything very easy, We also used Jack as our mortgage advisor and again cannot fault the service and advice. Prior to choosing Fox and Sons Seaford we contemplated using an online estate agency and I am now so glad that we didn't. When we needed the team to step in with getting responses from the conveyancers this was never too much bother and had any issues resolved swiftly and professionally.

Having just completed the Sale of my property I cannot praise Josh and his team highly enough. Josh has only recently taken over as Manager and to be honest he was everything a good Estate Agent should be, he was always professional, he always listened, he was always enthusiastic and he succeeded in selling a property that wasn’t exactly a straight forward property to sell. Awful service from start to finish, would never recommend to anyone. We were hassled/bombarded with phone calls, the day the sale went through nobody bothered to inform us that the Seaford branch was closed, so we were ringing round trying to work out where to collect the keys from to our new house!
