I was in a large chain that became very demanding and fell apart on a couple of occasions. If it had not been for Alessandro and the Frestons team our move would not have happened. He was always available and replied so quickly to any messages I left. He chased all the solicitors and estate agents in the chain and made this happen. They are a scam , unprofessional and if you are overseas landlord they will not follow a single instruction. They have ZERO understanding of how tenancies work. - started the tenancy without deposit and rent in place - took agency fees without a contract - didn’t do any checks , gas safety etc so landed landlord in trouble - even if we gave instructions not to start the tenancy as nothing in place they still went ahead - no conversation had any element of truth -result was we agreed to return the full deposit , rent hence made a loss from paying agency fees as well - the stress mounted was unbearable. - removed themselves at checkout and said we are no longer involved ., My experience as an overseas landlord and sharing as no one should be subject to this.
