They are a small but highly knowledgeable and exceptionally well-organised team. Unlike many agencies—where sale progression is often left to less experienced staff—the team at Spencer & Sener were always fully briefed on every aspect of our sale. Recently purchased a property in High Barnet from Spencer and Sener, I must say its been nothing but positives all the way through, with constant communication, helping liaising between myself and the vendor, they ensured a clear, concise and trouble free process, from start to finish, from end to end it took a total of 3 months, sometimes with Sener going out of his way to settle nerves late into the evening. When we had our valuation, Spencer was very transparent and realistic on market value, not over valuing like many other agents have done in the past. I dealt with Spencer and Graham who are very friendly, professional and knowledgable. What I appreciated the most was that they weren’t your typical pushy sales agents that I have come across with other companies. They were honest, helpful and helped the selling process be as smooth as possible, not putting unnecessary stress onto us during a multiple chain sale. Spencer & Sener are quite simply THE BEST Estate Agents you will EVER find ANYWHERE! We encountered problems with our vendor and our buyer, - with the solicitors of both those parties - and with the developers selling the new house to our vendor - and Spencer dealt with ALL of them ceaselessly, at all ours of the day and all days - including weekends and Bank Holidays. He was polite, diplomatic, resourceful and impartial, treating EVERYONE as if they were the most important party in the chain.
We can honestly say that if it wasn't for Spencer working over and above the usual estate agents remit - we would not be in our new house now - the whole chain would have broken and 3 families would have been devastated. We cannot recommend Spencer & Sener enough. Thank you dear Spencer!

Overall a very poor experience. After initially meeting with one of the owners I decided to market my property with Spencer and Sener, They told me they had 30+ years experience, they know the area etc etc. when I had my first viewing, they sent a young boy who had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I believe his first words when entering the property with the prospective buyers were, “this is the cupboard” he had no knowledge of the property, no knowledge of the area, he was no salesperson. I then requested that the person who actually sold me the service would conduct the viewings. Yes there was an improvement in how the property was sold to perspective buyers but there was a lot of room for improvement. I was told on multiple occasions, the buyer we had lined up has had a emergency, or something has come up, we need to reschedule and nothing ever materialises, you can decide for yourself if these buyers were real or not, my view is that they were not. In their defence, I did have to delay some viewings due to a health condition in the family, however these viewings were never booked in again. I was true to my contact and gave the required notice, however they then decided to send me an invoice for £150, even though this is not stated in the contract. I have asked for clarification on this and still no reply. If you want to sell your property I would avoid this firm, lots of agents who I’m sure can do a better job.

We highly recommend to use Spencer and Sener, to sell or purchase a property.
In our case we have bought our dream home from Spencer and Sener. We have been dealing with Spencer and Pushpa that have done above and beyond for us.
How purchase was a straight forward buy that ended up with being a very complex purchase due to the timeframe we had to complete before the stamp duty holiday end.
Unfortunately we have been dealing with an incompetent solicitor on the buyer side that was risking until the last minute the transaction to fall through, by not sending the right paper on time and not doing his job. ADVICE TO ANY BUYER AND SELLER : PLEASE USE AND INVEST IN GOOD SOLICITOR !!!
Luckily Spencer have been on top of it and have managed an amazing relationship between the vendor, ourself and our solicitor and that is the reason we have completed on time on our property.
That said, we cannot thank enough Spencer and Pushpa for working so hard on our purchase and we will certainly recommend and use them in the future.
