We asked Nigel and Mandy to take on the marketing of our property after we were unsuccessful selling through another agent during a slow market. They were honest in their valuation, and helped to source a gardener, and to take out the bins etc. as we were living away throughout. More personable than a national chain, I would highly recommend Frosty Fields.

If you are seeking a very professional Estate Agent then look no further. As a seller of a bequeathed property there was seven of us involved and at no time did Nigel or Mandy ever disappoint, always personable, full of helpful advice, worked tirelessly behind the scenes skilfully mediating between buyer, seller and solicitors. We were never treated merely as a statistic but built a relationship based upon their professional ethics and personable nature. We feel strongly that other Estate Agents would do well to look at Frosty Fields and take note of what they do right which in truth is everything. To conclude we are eternally grateful for their input, calm and reassuring demeanour and bringing satisfaction to us all. Highly recommended and don’t even look elsewhere, go to Nigel and Mandy, absolute fantastic in every sense.

I’ve been using Mandy & Nigel for years now. fantastic estate agents ! I wouldn’t use another . Their clients are very important to them . Nothing ever is a problem to them. I must add something concerning another review made about Frosty Fields . When you apply to rent a property Mandy and Nigel will do everything possible to get you into that property . But the landlord makes the final decision who they want or don’t want in that property. I know this as fact as I am a landlord . Discrimination is not even in there makeup at Frosty Fields . I’ve also been a tenant and when a landlord says no it’s very disappointing.

After no movement of our property in six months with two other agents in the local area, a move to Frosty Fields gained us multiple viewings within a few weeks and also an offer... having now completed today, a couple of months later, we couldn't be happier with chosing Nigel and Mandy at Frosty's, excellent communication, knowledgeable and always quick to return calls and emails. Would highly recommend them!

I recently sold and bought a home with Nigel and Mandy at Frosty Fields. They are an outstanding local independent estate agent, providing a personal touch and going the extra mile. Their fees were reasonable compared to most agents in the area. Towards the end, I did use multiple agents to speed up the process, but I believe Frosty Fields emphasized quality over quantity.
With three kids and many animals, we faced logistical challenges, but Nigel and Mandy ensured their viewers were reliable and accommodated our needs. This gave us the best chance to sell our property.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, but since we’re now in our forever home, I'll be referring them to others.

Refused to rent to my partner on the grounds that she was pregnant and therefore must be unable to afford the rent. Informed via email with written evidence of their discrimination of all things. Refused to conduct any financial checks on either of us, or it would have been clear we met the financial thresholds, or could have paid our rent in full. Ongoing discrimination case against this company. My experience has been a 0 star experience, it is regrettable that googles lowest score is 1.

An exceptional estate agent. I have used Nigel and Mandy for several years to manage my rental properties and they recently sold my property within 3 days of going on the market. They are proactive, professional and kept me informed with regular updates.

Nigel and Mandy have not only found me a buyer but set up a temporary tenancy, contacted the local council and supplied a local plumber to deal with issues I had with the property. I HEMMINGS
Whenever possible I like to use smaller independent businesses and this one I consider myself lucky to find, it gave me everything I like in independent company's, friendly great service down to earth. There was no telling me what they thought I wanted to hear, we sat down and discussed what we thought it was worth we came together at the same price and 23 hours later it sold for the full asking price. I couldn't have asked more of them I'm very happy.
