As this was my first time becoming a Landlord , Simpson & Partners were extremely helpful. It was a quick process from start to finish, and everything was detailed and well explained.

I am really impressed with the service I have had from Simpsons in Thrapston. Zak came out initially and explained everything in great detail, and the house went on the market quickly. The team were great communicating and also sending reminders about the viewings and within a month we had an offer that we accepted at full asking. Kerrie delivered the good news to us and we was thrilled as it meant we got to buy the house we wanted. I need to give a shout out to Becky, Becky went above and beyond even on her days off chasing things through for me which in theory she didn’t have to but always did, whenever I emailed her regardless if she was off or not she was always on the case. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Simpson and Partners Estate Agents in Thrapston. From the outset their service was far from satisfactory. Despite multiple attempts to get in touch my calls were rarely returned and my emails often went unanswered. This lack of communication made the entire process incredibly frustrating and stressful.
The overall management of their operations seemed disorganised and inefficient. Important details were frequently overlooked and there was a general lack of professionalism in their approach.
I would not recommend Simson and Partners to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service. Their poor communication and disorganised management make them a less than ideal choice!

We rented a property on Denford Road- we had a terrible experience with a lady called Victoria who managed the block of flats there. She was unbelievably rude and condescending. Unfortunately Leanne was incredibly frustrating to deal with. She hid the condition of the property from us despite numerous concerns which she was aware of. She was often unprofessional to make it seem like we were problem tenants. Incredibly disappointing from Simpson and Partners. Do not let any properties from them! They knowingly let properties covered in mould and are just heartless in how they deal with their tenants. They paint over the mould when they show you around. Leanne came across nice at first but then completely changed towards us once the property had been let to us. They are still renting it out in a terrible condition for even more money. DO NOT RENT THE FLATS ON DENFORD ROAD, RINGSTEAD.

Great service from all departments. From purchasing the property to quickly finding tenants and managing the property. The staff are quick to respond to my emails. After some initial small communication problems between tenant find and property management they've been managing the property for 2 months now and so far so good.
Leanne was super efficient at finding tenants and a great help for organising tradespeople to make sure everything was in place for the start of the tenancy.

Leanne Brown is a despicable person, prejudiced and above all xenophobic, clearly in her attitudes. It’s an absurdity in a country formed and totally dependent of immigrants.
Therefore I recommend that no one, I said NO ONE search for any property by Simpsom and Partners.

Never known a letting agent so shocking as Simpsons Thrapston,highest turnover of staff as no one seems to stay long. Problems take numerous calls before they take you seriously,I had a problem with boiler in June and it only got fixed in October. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you enjoy a challenge of constantly chasing them up to get a job a done. One of the men from the plumbing company they use refused to take his mucky boots off and proceeded to walk up 2 flights of stairs leaving wet muck on my beige carpets,,not impressed!!

As renters of a very nice home, there is NO NEED for Simpsons to inspect 4 times a year. Do council houses ever get inspected?
