I paid 6 months of rent upfront due to being an international student. Soon after living there, the water would not turn on in the shower. I sent a request for maintenance on 2 November and no one came to look at it until 19 November. It was not fixed until even later. I wouldn't let anyone I know rent through this specific agency due to this.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENCY! If I could give this business 0 or negative starts I would. They are unprofessional, condescending, and conduct illegal practice. They gaslight their tenants and unjustly try to retain fees and do not maintain essential facilities within the apartments. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO WITH THESE AGENTS!

Amy was extremely helpful during my house buying process. I had to view the property several times and Amy was always very accommodating. She helped coordinate the process between my and Seller’s solicitors which was particularly helpful towards the end the process and helped speed things up. I have rented properties in London for the past 4 years and never experienced service like I have with Garton Jones. I paid 12 months upfront for a property, I made numerous complaints about the property throughout my tenancy that never got resolved. My check in complaints todo with the state of the property the landlord left it in is the exact same complaints Garton Jones have made about the check out! And they are still trying to hold the deposit back! Stay well clear.

5 years I live in London and I change two flat, for my personal experience the worst agency I have ever met.
They only do interest of phantom landlord, they don’t protect rights of tenant. I left Vista Cascade after living in a 3 bedroom at the 13th floor for more than 2 years because a psicotic neighbour was always complaining of every single sound from TV at normal hours day time and it happens in 2 years that I play music and he was immediately report to concierge. Don’t rent the flat 52 cascade you will have to live in a prison and the agency doesn’t do anything to protect your interest.
After I left the flat they came out with a bill for cooling systems of more than 1.000 gbp without never been inform about this bill, I’m still waiting after 10 days my deposit because they need confirmation from the landlord which it seems impossible to contact me but when they want the money for the rent they immediately ask you if you are in delay of 2/3 days and as tenant you answer but landlord can do whatever he wants.
Venice property manager she is very unprofessional and aggressive be very careful to rent from this agency and read every single work in the contract because they will use against you to gain much more time as possible to delay and refund you.
