We viewed a few properties with Hannah at Gascoines in July. We took a gamble on one in particular, above what we thought was in or priceing. She was very helpful and let us just look and reflect. Once we agreed to purchase Hannah was very supportive, left us alone when needed, and ‘prompted ‘in the right places.
We were kept informed all throughout the purchase and Gascoines liaised regularly with our solicitors and our purchasers estate agents as well.
It was down to the wire on the moving day, but we were kept informed and once keys handed over, we were given a really nice and useful pack.
All in all, we’d definitely recommend Gascoines as an estate agent.

Recently sold with Gascoines in Ravenshead. I'd very much like to say that:
1. Luke very much knows his market, FAR more accurate than the other estate agents who quoted.
2. The value and service in terms of marketing were excellent, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gascoines for marketing of property.
3. The whole team are friendly and helpful.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that I don't think everything was perfect. I think if we'd been buying locally then it would have been a perfect experience, but we were selling remotely brought some challenges I'm not sure either we or Gascoines anticipated.
