Henry Tillman dealt with our sales progression during our moving home process. Henry was amazing, he always replied to our calls and emails and gave regular updates on the progression.
Our buyer was not very reliable on replying at stages throughout the process, however Henry chased and was persistent to ensure we eventually got things over the line and now in our new home.

I had a very horrible experience with this estate agent. From the outset, there were existing damages in the property that were never disclosed, and when I raised these issues, I was met with excuses and contradictions instead of honesty and dealings with the seller. It quickly became clear that important details had been left out or misrepresented, and I felt misled throughout the process and have been left with tones of debt as a result. To say how hard it is for first time buyers in this day and age I am absolutely disgusted that agencies like this have absolutely no support and honesty to the buyer.
Communication was dreadful and battered between two companies (each more clueless than the other), and rather than taking responsibility or helping to resolve the problems whilst within time frame, the agent tried to shift the blame by means of getting the sale over the line. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism has been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to ANYONE looking for a straightforward, trustworthy service.
DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT, agents like these will tell you whatever you want to hear but they just lie

My house is currently on the market with haarts I will be taking it off the market with them. I have constantly been ringing up they never answer the phone, and when you go through to the main office they say they will get someone to call you back but never do. I have to constantly chase for feedback and updates, nobody knows what going on it's always ill get someone to call you back. Even when people have been for viewing they have said how hard it has been to get hold of them to actually book the viewing. I don't think they advise your property correctly either when I have seen it on Rightmove the first picture is my living room shouldn't it be the outside of the house! Sold properties with other agents in the pass and never had this problem. Will be going with someone else.

Never answer the phone for one.
The house i bought through them they had advertised it as a recently renovated bathroom which was rubbish, it was a recently painted bathroom!!!! Bath is like a tin bath, toilet not fixed to wall, sink wasn't either. False advertising.
Really don't know how this estate agent is still in buisness. Can I add that one of the viewings we couldn't get inside you thought the property was empty but the owners hadn't moved out yet and I think the owners didn't have a clue I was going to view it that day!!!!!!! Also owners can make there house look amazing when people are viewing it and this is what the owners of this property had done so there was no flags to raise at the time!!! Its pointless contacting you as you dont answer the phone!!!

Haart have done exactly what they said, they sold my house within the timeframe we hoped for. Great. However, generally, as a business it's not easy to speak to anyone on the phone. Calls nearly always go to a central call centre and messages are taken and passed on. Callbacks usually happen, just not on my timeframe! Communication could also be a little better when roles change within the business, our sales progressor left and no one told us. When Isabella Corten-Southern took on that responsibility she worked hard for us, was very professional and really pushed our sale when things were getting a bit tight. We are very grateful for the work she did. An honourable mention to to Soraya who calmed some nerves along the way.

Haarts hucknall have been great since the beginning of buying the property. Soraya herself talked us through the process of buying a house as we were unsure as we are first time buyers. She responded quickly and efficiently when asking her questions. She also managed to accommodate around our working schedules and it was no trouble getting viewings in at short notice.
Soraya is friendly and very knowledgeable, she is a great asset to the company. My partner and I are still going through the process of buying a house and haarts have been great at getting things done in a timely manner and explaining to us what stuff mean.

Was going to view a flat today at ng16.i was booked in for 9:30, I arrived at 9:38 due to it being a 50 minute drive with traffic. When I got to the adress no one was there and when I called to ask they said "they would get back to me to see where they are" never received a call. Not really happy about driving all that way for nothing with no excuse.
I would understand if I was over 15 minutes late, i also wouldn't of left a bad review if someone got back to me to rebook or explain the situation. This is unprofessional and unfortunate as I was really interested in the property.

I'm rewriting this review as I feel I need to. To begin with, they are the nicest and friendliest people ... and that's when they ask you to complete these surveys. That's a lesson I've learned; wait until the process has completed. I can't believe how much I have had to pay Haart for all the hassle and grief they have given me chasing me out of my house. They were not interested in the upward chain, they only cared about getting me out so the buyers behind me could move. I have literally paid Haart to give me 3 months of stress, even calling me on holiday asking "Can I be out of my house in 12 days time?" I'm glad this is over and I don't have to deal with them again.

Couldn’t recommend enough from start to finish any question i had it was answered straight away. The property sold very quickly even with Christmas and New Year in the middle.
Unfortunately due to the sellers solicitors being incompetent it was a long drawn out 5 months but Soraya made it bearable and any help I needed she was there without question.
If you’re looking for an estate agent to sell or help purchase a property Haart is the one!

Maria D Ercole at Haarts Hucknall was extremely helpful and friendly was towards me during my purchase of my first home.
I was provided with nothing but non-stop amazing customer service, Maria did everything she could to chase solicitors, and generally find out answers for me. Maria always had a simple answer for me and did everything she could to ensure I was in my new home by my chosen exchange date (even when I was told by my solicitors the date I wanted would not be possible!) I feel she was mainly the reason everything moved so quickly.
As a first time buyer I found it quite daunting buying a house, mortgages etc, but dealing with the ladies at Haarts has been nothing but a pleasure and I will 100% recommend Haarts Hucknall to anyone, specifically first time buyers who are nervous like I was!

They are not afraid to lie, and use unethical ways to get you signed to their services.
They will lie and try to hard sell you their in house services when buying/selling a house and make it seem like the other party has requested it which is total non sense.
Please avoid, I have instead went with Holden Copley which has been a great experience.

I found Sarah at the initial marketing stage to be very professional. Rhianne during the sales process stage was extremely tenacious and helped me through some difficult periods. Her communication was good too. Others in the office that I spoke to were also very helpful, particularly Izzy. Overall I was very happy with their service.

Rhianne Lounds was absolutely fantastic! From day one Rhianne was ON IT! Constant updates and pure brillaince right to the very end!!! & A lot more tolerant than ourselves, having to deal with some extremely difficult conveyancing solicitors.

Lovely, enthusiastic people but unfortunately we did not receive a good service. Communication was non existent and house viewings were rare. They were hard to get in contact with and viewings were, on occasions, not confirmed with the client. I think they were effected but covid issues but we ended up having to switch estate agents after almost 6 months and ended selling with them inside a week.
