Highly reccommend going with geoff foot lettings! I viewed a property on Hayling with Jason and was interested straight away, and within a few days Jason had me signing paperwork, Jason was very well organised and responded very respectfully and quickly, Jason answered every question I asked even when I thought it was silly it didn't matter, he explained everything fully to me and was always well mannered I can't thank Jason and Geoff foot lettings as a whole enough for getting me into a new property and so quickly too.... Unprofessional and zero compassion. They served a s21 notice to a single mother who was fully up to date on rent and had been for 3 years, claiming the landlord wanted the property for family member. Insisted this was the case even after meeting with them. Tenant managed to find somewhere, had to be off the island and an inferior property. Within 1 week of leaving, the property was up for rent for £600 more per month. Absolutely no scruples and a shameful way of dealing with legitimate and good tenants. Zero support or empathy was afforded to the evictee and her family. The new legislation can’t come in quick enough to deal with the likes of Geoff Foots (and Jason) and such unscrupulous landlords. Had to chase for up to date gas certificate and repairs were not done in a timely manner. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

Business owner but decided to give the house to 2 working parents with one child. the reasoning because they only have 1 child.
