From the outset we received a polite and professional approach, along with a realistic valuation based on the property, its location, and current market conditions—rather than the exaggerated listing prices suggested by other agents.
Like our neighbours, our property was also sold within days. Communication has been consistent throughout, and the relationship continues to be positive and supportive. We viewed a property today on CARRIAGE ROAD, and had the pleasure of James taking us around the property. I don't usually do this type of thing, but we just wanted to say that James is a huge asset to your company. He was so welcoming to my wife and I. His manners and energy towards his job was impeccable. He was so polite towards us and the owners of the property who were there during the viewing, and showed real passion in his job. He came over very knowledgeable without being pushy whilst showing us about. Hands down the best estate agent we have come across. We already had viewings with other property agents but I can say George and David is one of the few who stood up.Special mention to George, who at first we thought would just be like other agents who will just stood upwhile we we are looking at the property. We were surprised that for all the 3 properties we viewed, he explained to us every bits information about each property. Their marketing is excellent. I very much like the fact that they offer a virtual tour and that the photos are very professional.

I had an offer accepted on the property, and despite the vendor losing their original property. And thus losing my buyer I resold my property and stayed loyal to the vendor. Despite several difficulties which were overcome they advised vendor to put property back on market they then said it would be a first come first to buy. When I was in a position to exchange they would not answer phone or queries make by myself and solicitors etc. When I did manage to get in contact they would not answer and questions directly even going as far as saying they were taking the 5th amendment very strange. I was then told on the day we were going to finalise the sale although being first to get everything in place they would not be selling to me. This was obviously very upsetting for both myself and my buyer. So be very careful with this estate agents if you want to avoid serious disappointment to yourself and numerous others

Previous agents had overpriced our house to entice us into listing our home with them and then used our house to sell others. We went to George David and explained the situation and the problems we were having and they explained the issue and advised us what the market value was doing and confirmed they could definitely sell the house, which they did in less than 2 weeks showing genuine interested and relevant buyers around. They kept us informed at all times which made the experience a lot less stressful as on our previous estate agents we had to chase the agent to find out what was going on. All in all they provided us with a great service to the very end, if you are selling in the area, I would definitely recommend George David 100 %. We wished we had found them earlier!!

I hardly ever leave reviews on Google but on this occasion I feel compelled to.
I recently used George David to sell my property and the service I received was second to none.
I had several other agents visit my property, undervalue it and they didn't seem interested in what I had to say. They appeared to be in a rush to leave after a quick walk around. Felt like I was being treated like a number in their schedule. One even laughed and said I wouldn't get what I was looking for.
With George David I was visited by Andrew Barnes the senior valuations manager, this man was nothing but professional and patient. Communicated with me like a real person, gave me all the time I needed to ask questions which he answered and we agreed a suitable valuation for my property. This interaction alone gained my trust and I had no doubt whatsoever that these were the agents I wanted to use.
I gave them keys to my place and let them run with it. After a matter of weeks I got an offer I was looking for and accepted it.
They referred me to a really good solicitor and took care of everything, completed the sale rapidly with no issues whatsoever!
Funnily enough I got a call from the other agent asking if I still wanted to advertise my house with them (I'd never consider it) but told them it sold which was met by a shocked reaction. Who's laughing now.
I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and would definitely use then again.
I have recommended them to many people I know in my area looking for good estate agents.

I have recently just sold my property through George David and I have to say I was blown away with the service that I got.
Richard came out to speak to us at the very beginning and did a great job with the photos and getting the property on the market quickly.
Gary then took over the day to day responsibilities and all I can say is without him we would not be where we are now. He kept me informed all the time without having to chase at all and was totally honest and transparent with us the whole time.
Don't get me wrong the process had its bumpy stages but Gary & Andy helped to get it over the line !
I have to say a huge thank you to the guys at George David - totally professional the whole time and great customer service - when we next sell we will be using again!

We have bought/sold houses 3 times and by far our best experiences were using George David estate agents. (They were the estate agents for the house we bought the 2nd time and we used them to sell the 3rd time). As both a buyer and a seller, they were brilliant. They were easy to contact and everyone knew what was going on so even if your main contact person was out of the office you could still get your questions answered. A special thank you to Gary who always made sure to keep us in the loop and was proactive about chasing up solicitors, others in the chain, etc. to make sure everything kept moving. Their pricing is reasonable and straight forward- you get as much/more than you get with other agents and don't have to pay extra to get decent pictures/floorplans/premium listing on rightmove/etc. It was all included in the basic price. Highly recommend.

Ethical, flexible and honest is not the words that spring to mind when you mention the word estate agents but that's what these guys are. The best estate agents by far for selling in Aylesbury. Apparently a very stressful process that was made very smooth. Andy Heggie and Gary have been very helpful from our initial meeting right to the final day. Before we wanted to sell we rang all the big and some small names to come and give us their quote. We finally decided to go with George David and it was the best decision we made to use them to market our property. A big Thanks to Andy Heggie to go out of his way and help. Highly recommended!

However, this agent misled and misinformed me constantly about the property I was interested in to such a degree, that I ended up exchanging contracts with no where to go! Absolute total professionalism from start to finish.
Nothing was too much and the communication was great. Constant updates and nothing was too much hassle . I had used other agents in Aylesbury and I have got to say, wish I went straight to George David first day. One thing that stood out from all agents I have encountered in the past is the fact that your not only a customer but also a person or family going through what can be a very stressful time. They also treat your house as a home with great respect. To other agents, once your signed up, seems like that's where there their services ends. The advise from Richard and the team was honest and straight forward. Many others will give a higher valuation to get you to sign up, but you know with George David they know the market and will not steer you wrong.

A very disappointing experience.
The Agents failed to tell us about the recent history of the property, only disclosing to us that it had been rented out most recently, avoiding my partners queries into its last sale. We later found out through our own research that the property was sold for £50,000 less of the advertised price, just 8 months ago, and that the post code area is in fact declining in value.
The Agents also tried to play me and my partner off each other, with separate offers, telling us we didn’t need to consult each other before putting in a higher offer (?!?!).
It’s very clear that the Agents only have their eye set on their impending commission, and are happy to take advantage of First Time Buyers.

No one ever calls you back to book viewings and when you do get through they promise a call back and then nothing. They are clearly not that motivated to sell houses all they kept wanted to talk about was.my house that was I with another agent !
