Invited Michael Graham around to value our property and agreed to go on with them but had to chase them a week later as we had not heard anything. Finally, they got in touch, and we arranged for photos and floor plans to be sorted. I also signed and completed all the paperwork. A week and a half later, still nothing, so I called them twice, each time leaving a message for a call back, but never got a call back. 4 weeks after last speaking with Graham and telling him that communication was key for my wife and I, we still have not had a call, txt, or an email. Clearly, Michael Graham does not want a 600k+ listing.... Read more
