Paul was incredibly understanding of our situation as overseas sellers and kept us updated throughout the entire process, even outside UK working hours. The team guided us every step of the way, organised property photography whilst the property was tenanted, as well as forwarding us scanned copies of the post and bills after the tenant moved out, and organising garden maintenance. What can we say about George Edwards estate agents without it sounding like they paid us to say it....they were excellent! (They didn't pay us by the way) From the initial viewing to completion, both Paul and Liv were everything you could ask for, from quick responses to excellent advice. I am renting a george edwards property they gave me the keys then explained the heating was broken something I would have liked to have know before I have been at the property for a month and the heating has still not been fixed and I have been told that things in the property aren't broken when they clearly are I have emailed them about multiple problems with the property and they have done nothing don't rent from these people. Edited reply: I just checked and I did email maintenence and I have had no missed calls from the person sent to fix the heating but hopefully everything will be fixed annoying it took me writing the review for a call from George edwards to put me in touch with the heater fixer. if the heater person had been trying to get hold of me for that long I would have expected a call sooner but hopefully everything will be sorted soon... I had problems with selling my home with a different agency, Paul and his team went above and beyond to help me purchase my next one through his agency by helping me with my agency too. Didnt know they would do that, wish he had been my agent for the sale! If i move again he will be my absolutely be my agent!
