I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Izzy working on the Lettings side of the Ashby Frank Innes branch.
We needed to rehome a tenant into an empty property at very short notice and Izzy was fantastic throughout the process. I had contacted another lettings agency, and they were not interested at all, said it couldn’t be done in 4 days. Izzy went out of her way to make it happen and proved them wrong.
She was totally committed, efficient and professional at every stage, I never doubted that she would pull it off. A huge thank you, I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I’ve dealt with Ella for the past month or so when it came to me finding my new home.
Due to some personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to take calls and Ella handled these matters so professionally, it really meant a lot.
The house viewing process was very straightforward and less than a month from me viewing the property, I was calling it my home!
I could not recommend Ella and Frank Innes enough.

I chose them because stupidly believed in their marketing success. but unfortunately taken me 9 month instead the 16 weeks. I chosen Frank Innes solicitors absolutely rubbish.My thought was will be quick and straight forward everything in one place. Simple but NOT. Waiting far to much to chasing documents keep in touch with other side solicitor updates ( to me) and local authority. So absolutely NEVER AGAIN.

After 10 months with Frank Innes, I had the pleasure of meeting Aston, and I am incredibly thankful for that. After 23 years of renting the same property we found ourselves looking for our new home when our landlady retired. After quite a few viewings and phonecalls from various estate agents I received a call from Aston Bould at Frank Innes, from the second I answered the phone Aston was so polite, kind and informative. We arranged a viewing, Aston kept in touch and checked all was ok. When we met Aston at the property he was great, made us feel at ease, was very easy to get on with and told us everything we needed to know. We loved the house but Aston wasn't pushy and gave us time to think things through, he called the following day,said he had spoken to the landlord, we have pets so he had double checked all was ok and then offered us the house and I can honestly say we couldn't have wished for a better person to help us with our move. We are collecting our keys in 11 days and we can't wait. Aston is wonderful, polite, kind, efficient, and a true asset to Frank Innes Estate Agent. It’s nice to see some of these positive comments however i must have fell very unlucky.
3 weeks into a rental property and still no cooker. only to be told by the property management team that there are other means of cooking!! paying £1200 a month rent, isn’t what i want to hear.
A range cooker that trips everything out when switching on, oven not working. lights in kitchen constantly flickering. Albeit, someone been out and confirmed cooker not working but they still insisting trying to find parts for cooker. 3rd weekend and no cooker. What’s to say parts will make it work when they are only going of my say so but not inspected by “Appliances expert “ as they call them!
Countrywide management company on many occasions got the wrong side of the story, different people keep dealing with the property too.
I am requesting a refund or reduction in my month’s rent but guess what, only property management is to make that decision!

I recently rented out my property via Frank Innes, Ashby and the service I received from them, in particular Niamh and Izzy. They were efficient and proactive from start through to completion, including quickly marketing the property and finding suitable, adequately referenced tenants, valuing the rental income, completing inventory’s and organising all necessary statutory requirements. Both were friendly and easy to deal with and as a result of their efficiency, there were no mix ups, misunderstandings or complications. The best thing about our experience with Frank Innes, Ashby branch was Samual Newman-Earp. He gave us excellent advice, talked us through all the options available to us and made recommendations based on our personal requirements.
From the initial consultation with Sam to overseeing the process, friendly and enthusiastic at all times even when we were stressed with a tricky lease issues.
He was thorough and clear, but above all was really personable. Sam provided us with regular updates and in fact went as far as to help assist us in the conveyancing process, chasing matters to ensure we exchanged and completed on time.
We would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

Good and efficient service, in particular Rebecca Page in this angeny had a detailed and regular inventory checking during my stay in the rented property, and I moved in and out, to make sure the property in a good condition.

Sharon has been instrumental in our success in Ashby de la Zouch. We purchased 9 new build properties on the outskirts of the town at the end of last year and with the help of Sharon and the team at Frank Innes have been able to let them to good quality tenants. I recently went in to frank innes Ashby-de-la-Zouch to ask to be put on the mailing list for buy to let. Jamie was really knowledgeable and helpful and out of all the agents he was the only one who give me advice that would save me money. I wanted to buy a leasehold property but Jamie told me that the service charges and ground rent costs could impact on the return on my investment which i had not considered at all. Sound Advice!!! and I would definitely recommend them to anyone if they want a professional agent. Most of the other agents just gave me brouchers and were not really interested in helping me
