Worked with Adam Hardcastle on a very time-sensitive deal that needed to be completed within 3 days. Adam was brilliant, highly professional, proactive, and extremely competent throughout. He has a clear understanding of more complex strategies that many agents either don’t understand or avoid, such as Rent-to-Rent, Company Let Agreements, and HMOs ect More importantly, Adam went well beyond standard working and office hours, negotiating back and forth late into the night between multiple parties to ensure the deal got over the line. If you’re a new investor looking to grow your money, AVOID THIS COMPANY! Kim Roesstorff is quite an unresponsive property manager, especially when I flagged that I am missing payments from them. I have been with them as an investor since 2023 and have not been impressed with their service over the last year or so. Getting started with them was decent at the beginning but complications arose which made the experience become appalling overtime. So, I was not surprised that when things took a nosedive, such as how I’ve not received any rental income since July 2025 from the property they manage in Liverpool City. They said as well that the electricity bills would be paid by the service provider and I’m still footing the bill!!! I’ve received no update as to why there’s a delay in what I am owed either. Honestly, this investment has felt like a money pit. You’re better off investing elsewhere to make your money grow, and not companies that oversell “easy” investment opportunities they can’t deliver. If something is too good to be true, it usually is like “Getting Started in Property.” If you do invest with them as a beginner, you’ll just learn a lot of cons, rather than pros as a new investor unfortunately. Save yourself from the dissatisfaction and invest elsewhere.... Read more

Probably the best service I’ve ever had in an industry where things move fast and people often over-promise but under-deliver. The GSIP team are true experts — they literally guide you step by step through the deal and all the options. They broke down my finances and gave me the best advice for my situation. I’ve gone for a 3-bed in Anfield and I’m making a solid 10% ROI on annual rent. James has been with me all the way, and I’m looking forward to doing more deals and business with them. I had a very frustrating experience with this agency. My tenancy ended on 13th of August 2025, but I still haven’t received my deposit back — even though by law it should have been returned within 10 days. The final inspection was also handled poorly, recording issues that were either incorrect or not supported by evidence. Because of this, I’ve had to raise a dispute through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) just to try and get my own money back. Communication has been minimal, and the whole process has caused me unnecessary stress and financial difficulty. I would strongly advise future tenants to be cautious and ensure you keep everything documented if you deal with this agency.... Read more
