Extremely Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Humiliating Experience I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way we were treated by Goldex Property Management in Gillingham. This has been one of the most unpleasant and humiliating experiences we have ever had when dealing with a letting agency. We were genuinely interested in renting a property and were ready to proceed with the necessary arrangements. However, instead of being treated with fairness, honesty and professionalism, we were left feeling completely disrespected and humiliated. We were given the strong impression that the agency had already decided which tenant they preferred and was attempting to persuade the landlord to choose that person. We wasted our valuable time and energy dealing with this agency, only to be left feeling deeply disappointed and insulted. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Goldex Property Management in Gillingham to be extremely cautious. Based on our experience, I have absolutely no confidence in their professionalism, fairness or the way they treat prospective tenants.... Read more

In 2020, I viewed these commercial premises because I was considering renting them to open my own gym. Following the viewing, I was asked to submit a business plan for the proposed gym, which I did. After submitting it, I did not receive a response for over a month. I subsequently left a review about my experience and was contacted afterwards and asked to change/remove it, which I did at the time. A few months later, Goldex Gym opened in the exact premises I had been interested in renting. Given that I had previously submitted my business plan for a gym at that location, the sequence of events left me very uncomfortable and concerned about how the information I had provided may have been handled. Went to view a flat today it was nothing like the pictures that were on the website . It was advertised with pictures of a huge marbled bathroom got there to be told it's pictures of flat below nothing like the flat we were viewing . The juliet balcony had no Juliet so therefore was a death trap !! The glass in one of the windows in the bedroom was to small for the frame therfore no need to open the window . The master bedroom had a huge window with a view of the living room and kitchen something you might see in Amsterdam.The overall footprint was half of the size advertised All for the bargin price of £1295 I don't know how you get away with false advertising!!... Slum landlords. We moved into a flat that was unfinished with builders materials, boxes and rubbish everywhere. There are issues with damp - 75% humidity levels - but Goldex have not done anything to address this, despite the fact that I’m pregnant and have a 9 month old baby.... Read more

The gym has such a community atmosphere, everyone is very respectful and friendly. The staff are all beyond knowledgeable, and interesting as well as hands on! One lovely lady stopped me during a leg exercise to advise me on fixing my form, to better my understanding as well as the effectiveness of my workout. I am always keen to listen to what they have to say, and have a laugh with other members ! Thankyou for changing my outlook on the gym and not to feel so anxious by having a great environment :)... It was a absolute pleasure. Their service is exceptional. Very professional and they go extra mile to get the work done. I had a terrible Conveyancing solicitor that took over 6 months to process my purchase. I explained my situation to Sarah from Goldex and she was extremely understanding. She would call my solicitors sometimes twice a day just to get them to move faster and at the same time pleading to the seller to give more time. It was a very difficult and emotional time for me. If I didn't have the staff at Goldex helping me I would have given up on my dream House. Because of the friendly, dedicated, professional Team at Goldex, I and my family are spending Christmas in our new home I will recommend Goldex to my friends and family and anyone that is looking to buy, sell or rent a property. This is the first time I used Goldex Lettings to find tenants and I was happy from start to finish. Jason was polite and knowledgeable and managed to find suitable tenants after a couple of days. He patiently explained the referencing process and any questions I asked he answered fully with patience. Nothing was ever a problem. The whole process ran smoothly, Jason made everything look so straight forward. I haven’t experienced this with other agents.
