I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is a time where one is needed. We brought our first home through Good Choice Property Sales, and I can genuinely say, it was a “Good Choice”! Ian did a phenomenal job in guiding us through the process, from start to finish. Most Estate Agents are obnoxious, impatient, and lack constant communication. Ian on the other hand, is the total opposite. He kept us posted on updates, was easily reachable, and explained anything we were unsure of. As I first time buyer, Ian made the process not as daunting as I thought it would be. I think these mainstream Estate Agents can certainly learn a thing or two from him! Let me start from saying that Ian is absolutely one of the hardest working people I have ever met. I was buying my first house which has taken few months to complete due to Covid 19 and few other challenges on the way. There are lots of agents who can help you but not the way Ian will. From the very first phone call I felt like I was the only client he has and I was treated as individual rather than another client. I find him to have a very approachable personality as soon you meet him I am sure you are going to understand and agree on that! He is always available to either take calls or reply to emails very quickly and explains things clearly. Having tried other agents I know that he is the best in his field he understands the market and he has the clients interest at heart. Keeps pushing and making sure things keep moving forward. I would clearly recommend Ian to anyone who wants to have a peace of mind while buying or selling a house.
