Our recent completed house sale has not been without hiccups over the last 7 months. Our first buyer pulled out, our second, and eventual, buyers had delays in the early part of conveyancing. Despite this, Jackson Grundy have been attentive and helpful throughout, keeping us informed at every stage through viewings, offers and sales progression. All staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This is now the third time I've used Jackson Grundy in the last 4 years and would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Excellent Estate Agents! I dealt with them for a property purchase and really wished I'd had used them for my sale too.
Received fantastic customer service with no hard selling or pressure which I experienced with another well-known Estate Agent in Northampton. Will was especially exceptional and I enjoyed dealing with him, but all the staff you come into contact with are professional and equally a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing service from Tom, Will and the team here. The process of selling my house was seamless from start to finish. Will and Tom met me for a face to face meeting on Day 1 outlining the plan and followed it to a T. This included obtatining the best property price with regular updates from Will all in reasonable time. After the offer was accepted I was please to receive further updates from Sandy who kept me informed on all matters.

We have recently had to sell our former family home on behalf of our parents. Tom from the Abington branch of Jackson Grundy managed the whole process with sensitivity whilst being extremely efficient which rendered the whole process the best it could possibly be. He was managing the sale and purchase of the chain of 4 properties but from our point of view made it all happen seamlessly whilst working incredibly hard behind the scenes.
