The lady showing us the houses didn't know absolutely anything about any of them (including adding wrong info in the listing to sell them, and not caring about that since it's legal to lie), she was just there to open and close the door. They also don't care about the buyers, only about the sellers. No after sale support either. After all, houses sell themselves, as buyers can't really choose the agency, so why should they bother caring more?... Read more

I first met Chris, who came across as knowledgeable and pragmatic - I had done my research, spoken to several estate agents, and received multiple quotes, so I had a clear point of comparison and benchmarking. Chris left a strong/positive impression. Lauren then took over and was excellent from the start. She was professional, switched on, and worked with me to tailor our advert.
