Very bad experience letting the property out through these guys. I went to them through a reference hoping I will be looked after. But I regret my decision.
First they took more than 2 months to the let my house out.
They did credit check on the tenant but never shared the out come of credit check with me, later I found out tenant had very bad credit history.
I completed 1 year let& management contract with them and decided not to continue with them anymore, they charged me £500 as release fee that they never discussed with me at the start.
They never disclosed fully the deposit they took from my te ant, later tenant told me how much they paid.
They over charged the maintanance and did 3rd class maintanance work and also never completed the job always left half way to come back and do it but they never came back for that job.
They lost full set of my spare keys.
All in all 3rd class estate agent to work with.
I would recommend you to avoid them at all costs

PSA: Had to post this again, as they have changed their name on Google, so the old reviews don't show. My father still uses the company, the owner of the company is proof, that you should never do business with your family. Especially snakey, untrustworthy, hellish people. ????
Why is it, that you never give us our rent on time? You're lucky my dad won't let us call the police on you, cuz he knows you. Almost every other month the rent is either late or not there at all. Then we have to call you up AGAIN to ask for our LAWFULLY entitled MONEY. So recently (10 days ago) we called you up saying the payment is late again and for 2 months we haven't received anything, lady on the phone says we should receive it in 3 days. ???????? Yeah I'll believe that when I actually see the money see the money in the account. Don't worry after this it won't take long to persuade my dad to call the police on you guys. ???? I hope you choke on our money you owe us.

Absolute cowboys. Do not use this firm to sell your home....or buy any properties from them. Theres alot of property fraud/scams going on at this place. I have contacted the National Crime Agency about their dealings with a damning report about their activities.

Really poor service. I made an offer to buy a property for £135,000. The estate agent said he will make my offer to the vendor as the preferential offer if I use his in house mortgage broker and solicitor. My offer was lower than other offers which are more closer to the £145,000 asking price. When i refused the mortgage broker and solicitor he said if i can give him £1000 he will make my offer the recommendation. Utter disgrace, the firm and directors need to be prosecuted, unethical and immoral. It's high time the FCA do something about dodgy estate agents like these.

One star is being very VERY generous. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I've called about 4 times over the past three months for information on a commercial property with the promise of a call back and I never received one. Constantly having to chase them, and yesterday was the final straw when I called them back once again and spoke to a very rude man who advised me he wouldn't let me view the property unless I told him what i wanted to use it for, I wasn't happy to do this as he had already advised me what the competitors wanted it for, so I told him I would keep this information between me and the landlord as you're only working on his behalf, which he replied "I can't help you then" and hung up the phone on me. This landlord has missed out for the last 3/4 months now as we could be in this premises by now had they just done what was requested in the first place and I am very shocked that someone would leave the fate of their commercial property in the hands of people who don't want help potential long term tenants
