I dealt with a woman named Julia who was the sellers estate agent for a flat we wished to purchase. My partner and I were first time buyers. Julia was very friendly from the start. She was open and honest, and actually more helpful than our own solicitors. If I had issues or concerns Julia was who I went to first, not my own solicitors (because of difficulties we had with them). I think this goes to show how welcoming and helpful Julia was throughout the whole process. Very knowledgable. She sped it along and kept chasing solicitors when needed.
When moving property in future we will definately be hiring greenhill estates to support us.

We instructed Greenhill estates to sell our house in the summer, they arranged for photos to be taken and our home to go on the market straight away and that same weekend we had loads of potential buyers. They found us a buyer literally that weekend! We couldn’t believe how quickly it all happened. Unfortunately, the buyer pulled out so our house went back on the market and again, was sold within a week. Julia guided us through the whole process, always at the end of the phone and keeping us posted about every stage. She made sure we got the best price for our home as well as finding us the buyers in the best position to move things along quickly.

We recently both purchased and sold through Greenhills. We first met Hannah when viewing our new home at the beginning of the year. We found Hannah to be both professional and friendly. We felt very comfortable with our viewing and we had viewed a number of houses by this point. Due to probate at the top of our chain taking so long, we unfortunately lost the sale of our house. We then decided to change estate agent and sell through Greenhills. Hannah was so enthusiastic about our house when coming to visit and view and price. From then on in I actually felt a little bit of excitement about going to market again - something I didn’t think I would feel after previously selling and having viewings. Hannah’s enthusiasm came through in the marketing and we imagine the viewings as we had 2 offers from the first 2 viewings. I felt confident in Hannah selling our home. Julia, we got to know very well later in the process (in the last couple of months of the journey, and especially the last month!). There were a number of hurdles in our chain. Julia was calm, approachable, knowledgeable and clearly cared about the outcome going above and beyond to keep lines of communication open and effective with all in the chain: vendors, buyers, estate agents and solicitors. We felt Julia had good communication with above us and below us too and as clients they respected Julia’s efficient and professional approach. Both Hannah and Julia know what they’re doing: they’re experienced, passionate, positive, open, approachable, calm and empathetic. Most importantly, we had trust in them both.

They are selective with the type of properties they sell, were both professional , polite, honest and easy to communicate with. A thoroughly professional service. Not all estate agents are the same as Greenhill as I learned! They showed that they had a different approach on sales unlike any other agent, that really works! They went the extra mile to keep in touch at all times throughout the marketing and selling process.
Selling is quick with Greenhill, after a few offers from set go! The photography was second to none as well as the property descriptions were spot on. Professional service at the right rate!
I will definitely be using them again soon to sell my mothers property for something more suitable to my mothers needs.

After having a brief phone call with Hannah regarding needing to sell my property, she set to work organising a visit for herself to come and value the property and within days, my property had the amazing photos taken, the virtual tour done, and the details sent to me to approve.
Hannah and her team marketed my property for me on a Saturday, and i had multiple viewings and above asking price offers before the weekend was finished. Julia dealt with majority of our questions after the sale was agreed, and even took the time out of her day to come and collect a set of keys from me the day before completion, saving me precious packing time! We honestly could not recommend this company high enough, and we are very grateful!

Can’t rate Greenhill Estates highly enough. I don’t live near the property I was selling and they arranged all viewings, collecting keys from the tenants whenever suited them and always keeping me updated after every viewing. They even went above and beyond, liaising with tradesmen to let them into the property on my behalf. Highly recommend.
