Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was a complete disappointment. Despite providing all the required documents and being told at every stage of the process that 'everything was going well,' our rental application was rejected without any valid reason. Instead of managing the process transparently, they likely prioritized another client they deemed more advantageous, leaving us hanging. We encountered an approach that was far from professional, devoid of basic human decency, and discriminatory.
