We had what we felt was such a complicated situation and we were so worried that we would not be able to go ahead in the time very short timescale we had. But we need not have worried at all! They were all so understanding. From our first contact with Jodie, the first viewing with Curtis, and Ollie taking over at the end, it was just perfect. Both Curtis and Archie took time out of their personal schedules to make sure we could get to the house when the builders were available which was greatly appreciated.

As first time buyers, the whole process seemed daunting to us, however those at GTH quickly eased our nerves with their incredible and professional service. GTH in Barnstaple were the estate agents selling the property we fell in love with and recently completed the sale on.
My experience of estate agents hasn’t always been positive but our experience with GTH was nothing but positive.
From the very beginning, it was easy to organise viewings which were convenient for us and were always happy to organise additional viewings.
Once we were sale agreed, we dealt mostly with Curtis who was brilliant at communicating, was kind and accomodating with any questions or queries we had. However, if ever Curtis wasn’t available and we spoke to the other staff at GTH, they were all very helpful.
Buying a house, they say, is one of the most stressful things you do in your life but this process with GTH was incredibly stress free and I couldn’t recommend GTH enough.

Olly, Curtis, Mitchell and the team at GTH have honestly been the most helpful and professional house sales team I’ve ever dealt with.
They had our house on the market so quickly and efficiently and their advert/ pricing knowledge secured us an offer in under a week. They were fantastic at keeping us in the loop with progress of the sale and I can’t fault them with on customer service and communication. This is my 3rd house sale and GTH have been by far the best experience I’ve had. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone selling in the North Devon area.
