We recently purchased a property which was being marketed by the Ivybridge branch of Greenslade Taylor Hunt. We commend the team especially Natasha and Jon. The team run a very professional office and in our experience, having moved around the county numerous times, we can not praise them highly enough for their hard work, excellent communication, advice and support to get us across the line with the final home of our dreams. They always responded quickly to our contact and nothing was too much trouble for them. From the first time we met Natasha at the property we now own it was obvious that she was genuinely invested in not only selling on behave of the vendors but also with us as the purchasers and we can not thank her enough for all her hard work as we had a very difficult chain below us but she guided us through despite not being our agent. Unfortunately our agent's did not compare with GTH 's professionalism and commitment. We are grateful to everyone in the team and they certainly worked together as a strong team overall which we feel is another great asset of theirs which makes them stand out from other estate agents we have had dealings with.

Natasha and Jon were excellent from the moment I stepped into the shop to enquire about viewing a property. Natasha encouraged me to put forward an offer even though I still had a week until I could get an AIP, she supported and helped me along the way with solicitors in order to get completed. All the staff were accommodating whenever I wanted to go back to take any measurements before completion.

The team at GTH have been great. Every part of the process has been made easy due to the proactiveness, and quick responses from the team. Jon dealt with the advertising and sale of my property. He was honest throughout the whole process, and gave great advice, realistically pricing the property to sell, and then managed to sell it for a large profit! I felt Jon had my best interests as a priority, and was trustworthy, (it wasn't all about their commission!) which is a very rare quality in estate agents. Also, the photos the photographer took of the property were very professional and a great quality, my property had never looked so good. Jon went above and beyond to help me. He had viewings booked before it went on the market, sold it within a week and had 4 or 5 offers! Natasha was the sale coordinator, and she also went above and beyond to help, especially as things weren't plain sailing. She worked hard in the background to make things as easy for me as possible. She was also very proactive, and helped chase things/kept things moving for me and I didn't have to chase anything! I can't recommend GTH highly enough.

Not only did he find a buyer for my parents house almost immediately but because of all the sad circumstances involved for me personally and bearing in mind that I live hundreds of miles away, he went above and beyond in taking care to make sure that the empty house was looked after and that the sale proceeded smoothly. We have finally completed on the sale of our house and purchase of a new home after a long process which took nearly 7 months and I can honestly say GTH have been brilliant from start to finish.
We initially got in contact with Jon after being recommended by a friend of ours and asked him to help us find a house in a very specific area, no less than one week later Jon had found a house for us and we loved it. Then we asked for GTH to provide a valuation for our current house and again Jon was spot on with the value and managed to get multiple offers on our house and get it under off quickly meaning we could secure the house we wanted.
Unfortunately our first buyer pulled out but just 24 hours later GTH had found another buyer for us at the same price and it was like nothing happened. Then the person we were buying from pulled out, but no worries because they immediately found another house just down the road for us which was even more suitable for us really.
The whole process with the solicitors was not straightforward and Jon, Lizzie and Natasha from GTH guided us through the process and held our hand all the way… I even rang Jon stressing at gone 9 at night and he took time out of his evening to calm me down and explain what was going on. Genuinely faultless and caring service.
Now we’re finally in our home in the village we love and we couldn’t be happier, so huge thanks to Jon and his team. If anyone is looking to move, you genuinely won’t find a better estate agent.
