I just wanted to take some time to recommend and reflect how exceptional Tomas was from Hambly Estates House purchase and sale can be gruelling, painful and extremely stressful. But if you have a good agent to take to sting out of that tail it means so so much . Tomas was professional ,transparent and informative . Going that extra mile to ensure the whole process was as seamless as it was physically possible . Having not sold and purchased for over 30 years I found the whole procedure very stressful especially when you have a sub-standard legal firm ! However, even though I have no intention of ever moving house again. After a year of using another estate agent who failed to sell our property we decided to use Hambly Estates where we met Janine who woukd handle the sale. From start to finish she was excellent. In the first instance she met our young family and promised our daughter that she will.get her own room as she had been sharing with her brother up until.this point. She made it a personal experience and was available any day to give advice and answwr any questions we had. After a couple of let downs from potentual buyers Janine never stopped trying her best to keep in contact with other agents to eventually get the right buyer through the door and ensured a smooth and efficient sale and keeping her promise.
