I have used Hancock's estates before so knew where to go when I needed to sell my dad's house Phil is not only a good agent but also nothing is to.much trouble and if you need to contact him he's only a phone call a way and not your usual agent hours I would recommend using Phil to anyone needing to sell a house or who's looking for one overall a really nice bloke

We have moved homes many times and I can honestly say working with Phil at Hancock’s Estates was next level. He did everything you would expect to sell our house but his exceptional value came with his knowledge, skill and tenacity during the process of the sale. He always knew what was going on with the whole chain, addressed quickly any areas that looked like they may be stalling and was at the end of the phone whenever we needed him.
His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile (sometimes very many extra miles) was outstanding and very reassuring during such a stressful time.

Having had experiences with estate agents that frankly have been horrific and more recently with a family members property where the agent was less than honest and boarder line corrupt, we weren’t looking forward to having to wade through the BS just to sell our house.
We had a number of agents round and then we met Phil.
Phil was a breath of fresh air. His professionalism and honesty were clear from the outset. Phil suggested a few strategies to sell the property and gave good feedback on any changes that could be made to improve the prospect of selling.
His advertising of the property and photographs were great and we accepted an offer within 48hours.
Phil was outstanding with communication on progress and would raise concern when required.
Our first sale fell through and when we went back on the market we went back to Phil without question.
Having accepted a second offer Phil has always been on hand to facilitate communication in the short chain. We have had a nightmare battle to secure our new build home and Phil has gone above and beyond to do everything possible to help us through.
In summary our experience with Phil has been outstanding and one that we would recommend to others. Honest, very well organised, great communication, experienced and knows what he’s doing, trust worthy, takes a personal approach.

We could not have been happier to have selected Hancock's to act on the sale of our property. Throughout the process Phil was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable, and was always happy to speak to us and explain processes when required.
Getting an offer on the property was quick and painless, and we received an offer at asking price, which many other agents thought would not be achievable. The conveyancing process had several delays due to solicitors and Help to Buy, and a lot of stress, but Phil constantly ensured that it was as smooth as possible, liaising with buyers, solicitors and estate agents when required to keep things running as smoothly as possible.
Overall we couldn't have asked for anything more from Phil and would not hesitate to use Hancock's again in future.

Phil was very professional, yet friendly at the same time.
His photos of our house were far superior to Other estate agents.
The house was only on the internet for 2 days, before we had 3 serious offers on the house, one of which we accepted.
Another important consideration was that Phil only had serious buyers through the door, rather than timewasters.
We could phone or Whatsapp Phil at any time of day or night, or the weekend, and he was there for us.
When we had some panics over thinking our buyers would pull out, Phil would contact them and call us back with their responses to reassure us.
Although, as always there were a few issues along the way, Phil was on hand to sort them out.
We have used Phil twice now, and would highly recommend Hancock Estates as the best estate agent to sell your home, or to buy your new home through.
