Was with this letting agent for over 2 years. Teresa who we dealt with mainly was lovely and very friendly, so helpful and quick to make any repairs and any issues needed within the property. After viewing a property with them I made an offer and was ignored for a couple of weeks, I then reached out again and was asked to meet with the landlady which I did and was ignored for weeks again, only to be told it was now let. Weeks after, the property remains on the market and the price has now been reduced. I contacted them again expressing I'm still interested in renting the property only to be ignored again. I'm a professional with high income, I would not consider these agents again to rent a property nor to let or sell. The properties been on the market for well over 2 months.... Read more

Council beware, this lot will fabricate rents to makesure your benefits cover THERE rents, very dishonest establishment if your a tax payer in these rubbish times. Had the misfortune of walking into here recently when desperate for help finding a home. The service was a complete contrast. The younger one who came across like she loved herself, couldn’t have been more unfriendly, unprofessional and disinterested in my enquiry. The older lady was the opposite and tried her best to help but ultimately it felt like they couldn’t be bothered. Unsurprisingly when I turned to leave, the older lady cheerily said goodbye and wished me luck where as the younger girl did not say a word. What a great first impression. Having now seen the negative reviews I can see I am not alone. We didn’t even get to the stage of discussing my means or requirements or what I could afford. It was the old, sign up to rightmove fob off. Even a week later the experience now I’ve had time has compelled me to review which as you can see I don’t do often!!!... Read more

Poor poor poor company. Sellors and lettors are the managing company for a row of flats in Langford. To say that this company is a joke would be an understatement. Takes them months to sort out simple things and I have to do their work for them and chase endlessly as they take a ridiculous amount of time to sort anything and please don't accept their recommendations on workmen, they will send you dodgy people and never apologise for it. The people in the office never seem to be willing to discuss any queries or issues regarding the site. It's clear they would rather not have to manage the properties and its site. And the feelings from myself and the other owners is very much mutual! Stay well clear!!... Read more

Worst state agent ever. People skills are terrible. Communication skills are awful. They break the law saying that you need a month notice to leave the property. They kept me waiting for 7 weeks. Good customer service, communicate with tenants well, help with problems quick and made adjustments for me when moving in to make things easier. the 3 stars is not 5 stars because the property itself hasn't been great.. I've had a number of problems with the Boiler cutting out, leeks from the bath and the kitchen. these issues have been dealt with but they had to keep coming back which has been frustrating for both parties. 0 Stars if it was a possibility! Would not reccomend, completely avoid. The most unreliable, unprofessional, rude, con artists, lazy, lack even the basic communication skills & bassicly just a complete joke. Had previously rented before going with these and had no problems with landlords etc. Before, whilst I was with Sellors & Lettors I had the worst experience as a tenant possible, both landlord & agents were reluctant to fixing or solving any problems, on more than one occasion I solved issues myself as they would ignore emails/phone calls. At one point I had to take it the external higher companies to resolve a security issue the property. On checkout they deducted a sum from our deposit claiming the tidying had not been done properly, even after 2-3 days of intensive cleaning. The property was a complete state when we arrived, paint was on furniture such as curtains, the paint job itself was awful (streaks and blotches), the property was never taken care of previously by them so they pointed the finger to us!!!! A company who have been slated by others & will continue their reputation of a complete shambles.... Read more
