She treated my mum with such respect throughout the whole time. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and always showed care and consideration when dealing with my mum and all her needs. Exceptional service! Scott truely went above and beyond in the service he provided. He even came to our house "twice" on the same day to ensure all the details were correct, talked through everything in a clear and simple way so my dad fully understood him. Highly professional, kind and empathetic, and an expert in his field.
This goes for all the office staff as well who were very friendly, patient and a pleasure to deal with (nothing was too much trouble). I'll be using Harratts Legal Services for everything from now on. Highly recommend to anybody.
