I have used Woodhall Properties twice to sell houses, and on both occasions have been impressed with the level of service that they offered. The sales brochures and photographs were to a good standard, and they were efficient at chasing solicitors for regular sales progress updates. I work within the industry myself and find that a lot of estate agents don't chase solicitors on a regular basis, which is very frustrating! From accepting an offer to legal completion took 10 weeks, which is quite good, particularly as it was taking 6 weeks for mortgage offers to be processed ar the time. When I come to sell my current property it will definitely be through Woodhall Properties, and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.

Very happy with the service from Woodhall Properties. John, Lisa and Gloria were all fantastic throughout the whole process.
They were always happy and quick to help. The photographer they used for our listing was brilliant and very professional too, and I believe his excellent photos helped massively in securing intial viewings of our house.
Woodhall handled all the viewings for us and left the house just as it was found.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Woodhall to anyone looking to sell a property and I personally wouldn't use anyone else!

We decided to sell our home and move to a bungalow. We had a brilliant experience with Woodhall estate agent. John Woodhall was professional and very knowledgeable about the property market. We put the house up on the Friday and sold it on the Saturday. The whole process was handled in a very professional manner by John and his lovely team, nothing was too much trouble and they were always ready to chat and offer advice.
The whole process was completed in 8 weeks start to finish due to the fabulous work by John and his team. Definitely a 5 star experience. Recommend to everyone

We want to thank Lisa and John for all their support through a very stressful and long drawn out sale/purchase process. Woodhall were the agents for the house we were purchasing and we experienced some really stressful and frustrating delays in the lower chain. All the way through this process I felt that Lisa was the only agent in the chain that went above and beyond to push for completion. In the last 2 months of the process I spoke to Lisa pretty much every single day, she was our “go to” person for everything, despite having our own agents on our sale side. Firstly, I’d like to start with the positives; Woodhall Properties were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. As first-time buyer’s things can be stressful and a bit daunting, but we were always put at ease by Lisa and John, who went above and beyond.
If any questions or issues were raised and needed answering, they were both always more than happy to pick up the phone to discuss & explain. If they missed our call, they would always ring back straight away, with no chasing required from us!
We never felt out of the loop on developments and always felt like we were their main priority. I can only presume that this would be the same for their other clients.
We were incredibly lucky to have purchased from Woodhall Properties as they 100% put the client first.
Secondly, the negatives… there weren’t any!
In the future, if we were to plan on selling our property, Woodhall Properties would be our number one choice of Estate Agent. We can not recommend more highly of such a great team.
