Mr Creek came out on 11 August with a view of putting my property on the market and i am still waiting for him to get back to me after nearly two months.I have chased him up and got a response of "we are very busy". Harrisons commercial are a total waste of space with a complacent attitude towards clients. How are they still in business.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Harrisons, from my initial call with Jonathan Rogers and my dealings with Lok Shing Wong through to production of the valuation reports I wanted. Jonathan even spoke with my other advisers to help progress things. A professional and courteous service, a good experience and I would recommend them.

Most unprofessional, inefficient and indolent service imaginable. Four months after engaging them for a survey I began to get a little impatient and was told when they had worked out their terms and conditions I would get my report. All I got was a succession of ignored emails and when I did get a reply they said delay was due to the C19 crisis suggesting that they had never heard of email communication. After six months of waiting, I sacked them and then they had the temerity to suggest I was a awkward customer.. I have bought some 26 properties in my business life and have never been met with such poor service. I eventually transferred to Sibley-Pares, Maidstone who delivered the surveys and comprehensive reports within a month at a reasonable fee rate.

Harrisons carried out a Building Survey for a period house I am hoping to buy that is a probate sale. Adrian Cox was quick and professional. The survey was very detailed and covered all the queries I had and more.
