We were so pleased that we chose Harvey Robinson as our estate agents. Grant and Beth were fantastic throughout the entire process.
Our sale and purchase took a little longer than expected due to moving into a new build and the typical delays that come with it. However, they did everything they could from their end to keep things progressing and ensured our buyers were kept fully informed along the way.
One of the key reasons we chose HR was their online portal, which allowed us to track Rightmove viewings, see how many potential buyers they had sent our property details to, and keep track of viewings and offers. It was incredibly helpful to have that level of transparency.
Another standout feature was their bi-weekly update calls. These regular check-ins reassured us that everything was under control and moving forward, without the worry of weeks of radio silence.
We would highly recommend Harvey Robinson, in particular their St Neots branch, to anyone looking for an estate agent and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I engaged them originally in 2024, I then took the property off the market for renovation and they listed it again in April 2025. It has been a long haul but at every step they have provided an exemplary service. They promised a standard of service above the rest of the pack and they absolutely delivered. We felt that we were given good support and honest, sound advice throughout the process and the whole team communicated really well with each other, with our solicitors and with us. They also made regular checks on our whole chain, which helped enormously with identifying issues early and being able to take action. All the members of the team we interacted with - Grant, Beth, Kai, Sam and Toby, were a credit to the company and gave us confidence that we were in safe hands. Sam visited us twice to value our property as we ended up delaying our move by a year, and she was instrumental in our decision to sell through HR, as we were so impressed with her knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. Staff from Harvey Robinson initially valued my late mother’s house with a correctly worded and accurate probate valuation, alongside the provision of details on comparable properties, with no unnecessary marketing jargon and didn’t pester me afterwards. Just what was needed at the time, so it was not difficult to decide who to use for the sale. After the granting of probate, the property was re-valued and offered for sale with good quality photographs, videos, details and publicity both on-line and in house. Viewings were accompanied and very quickly reported upon, with the company then assisting to achieve the best possible price. Post sale, as the company could talk to all parties and their legal representatives when I couldn’t, I was constantly updated of the situation, which was appreciated and I have no hesitation recommending them. Samantha at Harvey Robinson Estate Agents has provided exemplary service since engaging her/ them to sell my late mother’s house in Saint Neots.
I had three estate agents call in to value the house. Samantha came across best as she was friendly, steady, presentable, professional and cheerful. Her competitors, who also have offices in the Market Square, came across “jack the lad” and “too in your face” sales types which put me off them. Samantha surveyed the house and came up with a sales brief with all the key points which was very good. This was used to pop onto Rightmove. I did not select Harvey Robinson on the fee they charged but on who I thought would do an excellent job. Their fee was mid market and well worth every penny.
Samantha has been an excellent guiding force on my journey through this housing selling process. She helped me with best price to go for by assessing the house attributes compared to others sold in the area; this had to be adjusted when the housing market changed. Regular updates were provided as to how the sale was going which were very useful. Whenever someone wanted to visit the house I was informed by email. Her backup office staff have been excellent when she was not in the office. She offered a conveyancing organisation for me to use but I decided to go with Adlams Solicitors who were based in the Market Square and they have been very efficient and professional so I recommend them as well.

We recently sold our house with Harvey Robinson - St Neots branch and they have been FABULOUS. From the outset, meeting Samantha and Beth, whom came to our house in preparation for the sales listing, we knew we would be in excellent hands and be firmly supported throughout the sales process. Harvey Robinson helped me find and buy my house in St Neots before an unexpected move to the US. The lettings department stepped in and managed the property for me for the last five years. They found great tenants and issues were reported and fixed quickly. Finally admitting that I was not going to return anytime soon I asked them to put the house on the market. It sold in three days and they worked hard to keep the sale on track. Communication was excellent even with a five hour time difference between the UK and East Coast of the US.

I first met Samuel back in February and offered on a property on the same day, he was helpful and patient keeping me in the loop at each stage. Unfortunately for one reason or another that purchase didn’t go through. Samuel was aware of my budget and what I wanted and found me another property within days. It’s been a rollercoaster of purchase since then, difficult vendors and slow to react solicitors but the one constant was Samuel. He went over and above what was expected of him! I dealt with Sam (Samuel) when buying a flat through Harvey Robinson and can't thank him enough for the way he managed the process and kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the purchase. The buying process ended up being very long and at times complex. Sam always kept me informed of everything from his side with a phonecall every week, even if there wasn't much to report. Whenever I had a question and Sam wasn't available, another member of staff was always on hand to help.
I was very keen to complete before the stamp duty holiday came to an end (end of September 2021) and when this started to look like it was in doubt (due to problems further down the line) I felt Sam went beyond the call of duty, taking responsibility for the situation and communicating with all the parties to make it happen.
I'm very happy in my new home and would recommend Harvey Robinson and Sam in particular for buying or selling a property. Thank you!

My experience purchasing my first home with Harvey Robinson, St. Neots, has been absolutely superb. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful, with a special mention to Samuel in particular who went above and beyond to help make the process as smooth as possible. Nearing completion the solicitor imposed some complications, however Samuel couldn’t have done more to chase them up on my behalf and help push through the purchase as soon as possible.
As promised, Samuel phoned every two weeks without fail from the moment my offer was accepted, providing me with updates on the sale status and documents I should expect to receive. During the final few weeks of the process, Samuel phoned whenever there was an update and made me feel reassured everything was under control.
Whenever I had questions I always received a helpful response from the Harvey Robinson team, whether by phone or by email and in a timely manner. Whenever Samuel was unavailable, Samantha was equally as helpful and was also well informed when showing me around the property.

Samantha took the lead on my purchase. She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. My solicitors were difficult to get a hold of and were not forthcoming with updates. I had at least a fortnightly update from Sam, which only increased in frequency as we neared completion. She in the only reason I really had any idea what was going on! From the very start of choosing to sell our house with Harvey Robinson we have been very pleased with the service we have received.
They respond promptly to emails or messages. Everyone we have spoken to has been very polite, helpful and professional. Since accepting an offer and our chain completing I have spoken to Samuel every other week who has been chasing our chain up and doing all he could to ensure what became a fairly complicated chain complete in a time frame to suit all parties involved. More recently contact has been every other day!
In my opinion before using Harvey Robinson I would have probably said anything an estate agent promised you needed to take with a pinch of salt! However not if using Harvey Robinson as every thing Justin Robinson promised us in our valuation appointment they have delivered and more!

Having sold our property with Harvey Robinson and upsized locally, we would thoroughly recommend the whole team at Harvey Robinson!
When we first met Justin for our valuation and viewed a property with Sam within a matter of days, we knew they were friendly, approachable and incredibly hard working and dedicated, so were keen to have them list our house for sale.
Weekly updates throughout the selling process were incredibly useful, and the team were incredibly responsive and easy to get hold of despite the selling process taking a little longer than we had hoped.
Where Sam and the whole team really came into their own, and completely blew us away, were supporting the whole process after the chain was in place. A couple of sizeable bumps along the road (which in our previous experience buying had very much been up to us to sort) were handled quickly and efficiently by Sam who supported us throughout the process. I would go as far as to say that the chain might have fallen apart, had it not been for Sam's proactive problem solving approach and excellent communication.

My experience with Harvey Robinson has been nothing short of excellent. As a first-time seller I was particularly cautious, but after a thorough explanation by James in the process, fees and what they could offer over and above others on the high street, I left the St Neots branch feeling extremely comfortable and excited to get the house on the market.
The property was promptly visited for dimensions and photos with utmost respect shown to the family home.
Some polite suggestions on improving ‘curb appeal’ really helped to get viewings, coupled with a sensible valuation resulted in an offer being made within 6 weeks of advertising.
Samantha lead negations, taking a very balanced view and intent on getting the very best outcome considering time on the market vs. amount wanted. Sam was able to listen and articulate our position to the buyers which ultimately lead to the sale and exchange of contracts.
All enquiries were quickly and professionally handled with no ask too big or small and a special thanks goes out to Justin.
Time, energy and full transparency as well as weekly updates via email and telephone calls were some of the promises at the start and everyone lived up to these values and the expectations that were set.

All the staff were incredible but Justin the director was so so helpful in making our sale the smoothest and quickest experience possible and managed to get us moved by our Christmas deadline and ready for our baby born in January this year. James and Justin never failed to return calls or emails and were very proactive in sorting out queries from myself and my buyer. Samantha Coates has been a brilliant ambassador for Harvey Robinsons.
We are in the process of purchasing a house through Harvey Robinson and Samatha has been attentive and assertive throughout and when our estate agents and solicitors dropped the ball she was there to pick it up.
The process has been frustrating but without Samatha would have been 10 time worse.
Although we have not sold through Harvey Robinsons, if we went through the process again we definitely would if Samatha was looking after the sale and post sales process!

The team at Harvey Robinson St Neots have certainly got it right. I was very impressed with the service overall, we could have gone with another company for 1/4 % less commission but I'm very glad we didn't as we definitely got value for money.
James was our main contact after initially dealing with Justin. Both were excellent at communicating, chasing solicitors, other estate agents and anyone we had contact with. They really made us feel like they were going the extra mile for us and nothing was a problem. No.1 in comparison to other estate agents we have dealt with in the past and had contact with when buying another property.
