Engaged, friendly, and helpful. This was my first time buying a house, and they were really proactive every step of the way. They conducted regular check-ins with me to update on progress, explained anything I was unfamiliar with, and really helped streamline the whole process. Would definitely reccomend!

I cannot recommend Harvey Robinson highly enough, especially Jodie Craig and her team, for the exceptional support they gave me while selling my late father's house in England.<br><br>The situation was not straightforward: I live in Germany and, apart from one initial visit, managed the entire sale remotely. From the very first conversation, Jodie and her team made this feel completely manageable. Every step was explained clearly, communication was prompt, and no question was ever too small to answer thoroughly.<br><br>What struck me most was how the team handled the more complicated moments along the way. There were a few tricky points during the process, as there often are with a probate sale, but Jodie's team stayed calm, professional, and solution-focused throughout. They kept me informed at every stage and were always reachable.<br><br>Selling a family home from abroad, especially one tied to such a personal loss, could have been an incredibly stressful experience. Instead, thanks to Harvey Robinson, it felt handled with genuine care and competence from start to finish.<br><br>If you're looking for an estate agent who combines real professionalism with a personal touch, I wholeheartedly recommend Harvey Robinson, and Jodie Craig and her team in particular. Samantha and Grant were fantastic throughout what turned out to be a genuinely long and challenging sale (18 months from listing to completion). Despite a slow market and a tricky final stretch with some difficult transaction dynamics, they never dropped the ball. They felt like true partners in the process, always proactive, always in my corner, and completely unshaken by the pressure. In the final few days, when things got especially tense, they were absolutely outstanding, calm, professional and clearly fighting for the best outcome for me. I can't recommend them highly enough - a genuinely excellent team.
