I was fortunate as after a week or so I had an offer on my property. I was happy at Hewitt Adams price recommendation and the buyers offered pretty much the same.

While the sales team have some brilliant reviews on here, the lettings side of the company have a lot to answer for. 4 months I was left without a functioning oven and 2 radiators while I had children in the house, they were quick enough to try and charge me for anything they could but not quick on chasing up a landlord to adequately heat the property and provide basic cooking provisions. Most of the people I dealt with were really polite apart from one woman Laura who was really rude and abrupt. I Feel like they are all about protecting the landlords rather than look after their tenants, disappointed…….

I only accepted the claim against my deposit to get my money back quickly as not all of us are well off enough to afford to wait months for a large amount of money, I had already paid out hundreds on cleaning and painting and even left the paint there for the next tennant. The house was left spotless, but yet again another condescending snotty message from you. You didn’t do enough chasing the landlord to fix these problems and at the end of the day as the estate agents that is your responsibility, would advise no one to use your company again for lettings

Once we had decided to put our property on the sales market, we had meetings with the local estate agent companies. When we first met Kristy and she viewed the property we were instantly sold. Kirsty was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice, we felt very assured. Enter the Truss debacle that crashed every hope of a quick sale. However between Kirsty and Grace they maintained focus and continued showing many clients the property, we had offers but they were now caught in the economic slump and souring interest rates. Have found to be the staff at H A, Neston excellent in my numerous dealings with them during the last few months leading to exchange /completion. In particular K and G (not sure if it's acceptable to give full names in a review!) have proved to be very efficient in all of our communications.
