Would have given a higher rating if not for delayed repairs and in some instances repairs never happening. The agent in itself to me wasn’t the problem, I think the landlord was.

I have never regretted being a renter/tenant from Highgatehomes. These people are very good in responding to emails, calls and text messages as soon as it’s their working day.They never leaves tenant in dilemma. They are competent upon their work. Good in sorting out maintenance. Cherish and respect their tenants . In fact I can’t say it all here. They are perfect. Rent or buy from them and understand me later???????? .Be good and keep their houses in good condition and you will never regret??

I've been a tenant with them for 8 years and rented 2 properties, both were in excellent condition. Didn't have a single issue. Any repairs or replacements were done in a timely manner. Fantastic service for purchasing property - facilitated multiple viewings to the property and were always very helpful with chasing solicitors and vendors (cheers Ali) - deal unfortunately fell through but through no fault of the agency, and they were very considerate of this. Almost as if they were just as gutted.

I’ve been really pleased with how they have managed my rental property in Preston. I don’t like being a landlord but doing it through Highgate really takes the hassle away.
The regular reports are so thorough and they ensure that all tenant queries are dealt with and that the home is well maintained for them.

Highgate homes are professional and personable. All the team answered my queries quickly and offered advice along the way. A key was given so viewings could be hosted by Highgate and once our property was sold, they returned the key for us. With Highgate you feel you can trust them and you aren't just another number/sale. Their prices are also very competitive and their photographer really knows his stuff, his photos are amazing! I'm so pleased I chose a small local firm over the leading competitor, I really feel they do a sterling job!

Been as a good tenant they tried to steal my deposit at the end of tenancy but thanks to DPS. They tried to take 51% of the deposit and tried hard to convince me for it and stop me from going to dispute it but I refused and took it DPS and DPS gave me 80% of my deposit and that also because they lied to them.
I'm 100% sure all the 5 stars reviews are from landlords not tenants.
If you have such type of cleaning job please let me know and I will happily do it for £200.
