I would give Open House Preston zero stars if I could. My experience with them has been awful<br>they were completely untrustworthy throughout the process. I felt misled from the start, as key details and extra costs were never made clear. Every stage seemed to bring hidden payments or surprise fees that were never mentioned upfront. It honestly felt like they were trying to trap me into paying more.<br>Their communication was terrible, and I lost all confidence in anything they told me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this agency — there are far more honest and transparent options out there.

Our experience with Openhouse Estate Agency was incredibly distressing and financially damaging. We felt misled throughout the process and pressured into paying additional fees that were not clearly explained upfront. What initially seemed straightforward quickly turned into a situation where costs kept increasing with little transparency.
We also felt trapped in a lease agreement that we did not fully understand at the time, and when we raised concerns, we received little to no meaningful support. The communication was poor, and it felt like our best interests were never a priority.
In our opinion, their practices are unethical and exploitative, especially for tenants who may not be fully familiar with the process. Had we known what we were walking into, we would never have dealt with this agency.
Please do your research and be extremely cautious before engaging with Openhouse Estate Agency

I strongly regret dealing with Openhouse Estate Agency. What started as a normal rental process turned into a frustrating and expensive ordeal. We were repeatedly asked for extra payments that were not clearly disclosed at the beginning, which made us feel cornered and taken advantage of.
We also felt locked into a lease agreement with very little flexibility, despite raising concerns early on. When we questioned anything, communication became difficult and unhelpful, leaving us with no real options.
From our experience, this agency does not act in good faith and seems more focused on extracting money than supporting tenants. It caused us unnecessary stress and financial strain.
Please learn from our experience and think very carefully before engaging with Openhouse Estate Agency.

I’m sharing my personal experience as a business partner of Open House Preston Ltd and as a commercial landlord.
During my involvement, internal disputes arose which I felt were not handled well. Information circulated about my position in the business that I disagreed with and found concerning, and no clear or formal clarification was provided to me.
Separately, I experienced issues involving a commercial property I personally own. The company became involved in communications with my tenant despite not managing the property, which led to confusion over the lease and rent payments stopping. This caused me financial loss and required legal advice to resolve.
Overall, my experience raised concerns for me around communication and transparency. I would recommend that anyone considering working with this company carry out thorough due diligence beforehand.

I'm an out of town investor who trusted open house with my properties. I was assured by Muhammed that he was nothing but professional and that I had nothing to worry about and my properties were in good hands. I've now received both of them back and I'm very disappointed the condition he handed them back in. I'm now stuck with two damaged properties with over and Muhammed does not respond or answer calls.

Muhammed and yasmin managed 2 of my houses which they subletted to a scheme which houses people released from prison. after 5 years i got my houses back and both were wrecked and open house took no resonsiblity and refused to put it right plesae dont get caught out by this company do not trust them i doubt its even legal what their doing with investors properies.
