We purchased our house with Holroyds, and I wish our sale estate agent had been as good. Simon would always check in and make sure communication was smooth and professional. When we had the unfortunate issue with gazundering at the last minute, Simon was calm and level-headed and helped negotiate to ensure everything didn’t fall through. While I can’t imagine we will sell anytime soon, if we do in the future, it will be with Holroyds.

Simon is an outstanding estate agent. He is straightforward to deal with and, unusually, does exactly what he promises. Most agents I have dealt with are active until an offer is accepted. Simon kept in regular contact with me and was active in chasing everyone involved up to exchange and completion so that I always knew what was happening.

I took some time before I put my property on the market and was more interested in using an independent firm. I am a professional myself and I have high expectations and selling and buying a home is can be very stressful. I first dealt with Simon 11 years ago when I bought my first home from him. His service was exceptional and my husband and I always said that when we wanted to sell our house we would always use him. For the second time round he has been exceptional truly going above and beyond, which is exactly the reason why we used his services again.
Simon offers a personal professional service and most importantly keeps us fully informed during the entire process. When things got stressful Simon and his team did there best to take the stress away which really has helped.
Simon and his team are professional yet friendly and go the extra mile to help. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us. The marketing of the house was very good and we had a steady stream of viewings and a few offers before finding our buyers. All through the process, Simon, Louise and Russell kept us fully informed. Once we had accepted an offer, I feel that they exceeded our expectations in keeping a really close eye on the whole chain and making sure we knew exactly what was happening.

We were using another local estate agent in Haywards Heath to sell our house that we found terrible. They didn't give us any feedback,, hardly any viewings, kept blaming it on the price etc. etc.
We decided to engage with Holroyd Homes after about 16 week of nightmare. Instantly we felt so much better from the first time of meeting Simon, he gave us some amazing advice, gave us realistic price and communication was spot on from start to finish.
We had a great flow of prospective buyers coming through the property and within 8 weeks the property was sold.

We have dealt with Holroyd homes as landlords for several years with a property in Haywards Heath. Initial thoughts were that Nutley would be outside their catchment area. We need not have worried however as from the beginning we had multiple viewings on our property. The Holroyd team kept us informed at all times of viewing appointments and outcomes and an acceptable offer was received in a matter of weeks. I have now used Holroyd twice to sell my property's over the last 5 years and am always blown away by the level of service i receive. They are not the "typical" estate agent, they give an honest approach to the whole process and keep you updated along the way. Arranged a viewing for a property only to find the property is not for sale.not even the courtesy to ring us to tell us this or they wouldn't be meeting us for the viewing. Then fobbed us of by saying they had left is a voicemail and we had given them the wrong email address. Utter shambles!!!!!!
