The entire team was fantastic, guiding us seamlessly through every step, from the initial viewing right up to signing the tenancy agreement. This level of comprehensive support is a rarity.
In a market saturated with awful agencies that solely prioritise maximising profit for the landlord, this agency is completely different. They strike a perfect, ethical balance: they genuinely care about both the landlords and the tenants, focusing on finding the right people who will look after the properties long-term. This focus on fit, rather than just finance, makes all the difference.

Homecare Estates are excellent estate agents. We were tenants with them for about 2 years and found them to be vey helpful. They were prompt in their responses and helped to swiftly fix any issues that came up. They were respectful in their approach towards us, which sadly has been an issue with other estate agents in the past (particularly some of the bigger firms).
It was refreshing to be with an independent estate agency. Homecare Estates offer a much better service than most estate agents that I have had to deal with over the past 10 years. My wife and I would highly recommend them. A shout out to Simon who is a pleasure to deal with.

Neneh provided a great customer care. It was a dedicated and quick process. It took no more than 2 weeks to have it all completed.
They have used a partner to do all the checks which is a straightforward and easy to use digital platform.
The property was inspected and cleaned before the keys were delivered.
On the checkin day, estate agency left a welcoming pack in the property. Very thoughtful and yummy.????

I called to enquire about a flat they had listed I chatted a long while to them.
(Leslie, I believe her name was) I told her how refreshing it was to feel like I was speaking to an actual human after speaking with several other estate agents who were very cold and impersonal.
Don, Simon, and Chloe were all super friendly, warm, and professional through the process.
I really appreciate all the handholding they did for me being a first-time renter in this country.
I had an excess of questions which were all answered promptly.

Despite several attempts to re-coop our deposit back since vacating rented property on 12thOctober, still no communication from HomeDontCare. Re listing property for the landlord so conflict of interest! Absolutely terrible management when in the property for nearly 8 years and had to constantly chase them, and on most occasions landlord asked us to deal with him so he could chase them up. I am always very busy, moreover I know very little about the process of finding new tenants for my property. What I needed is an Estate agent to which I could rely on the whole process of renting my property, from A to Z due to my busy agenda.
