My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I could not have been more pleased with the service and professionalism I received from Andrews. From the initial meeting I could see they cared about selling the property but in the right way. Their valuation process was excellent and sensible and we agree a pricing structure over a period of time to gain the maximum response taking into account market conditions. Top notch customer care from Janine. Went above and beyond, including in personally visiting 92 year old mum (the seller) to keep her regularly updated, in the picture and feeling involved. I believe that if you hand over the sale of your property to Andrews, you will be in safe hands! Our property, which went on the market at the end of April, was sold through Andrews Estate Agent a few days ago. I can sincerely recommend both James and Max who handled our sale - both very professional, thorough and keep their word. Every step required from us were explained in detail, and all follow-ups were carried out quickly and without unnecessary hassle. Many administrative steps were automated, including text messages sent to us when viewings were booked. Feedback from viewings was shared with us straight away. Throughout the process, all documentation we completed was confirmed promptly. On days when Max and James were unavailable, someone else from the office was always available to address our queries quickly. Back in March, we invited three Wallington-based estates agents to value our house. Each sales pitch had a different style, but my partner and I quickly agreed that Andrews had the best understanding of how to market our property. Their assessment of the property aligned with how we believed it would appeal to a potential buyer. Andrews also advised us on what was needed to make an offer attractive to prospective new owners. We followed their advice but were never pressured to do anything unnecessary. I have had a very negative experience with this tenancy and as a result will not be renewing my tenancy. I initially complained and received an acknowledgment of my concerns but the service never really improved. For example the external security light for the rear of the property has never worked and I’ve reported it 5-6 times over 11 months. It’s dark coming from the car park to the back door and I’ve tripped a few times over an exposed manhole cover in the dark.... Read more
