I have been searching for a flat since June 2026 until I came across Andrews letting agent. Roger’s was the first agent I had contact with and my experience with has been nothing but amazing. He was at every viewing booked and will always reassure me that they will find me a flat. Then I met Sara whom I have never met before but her communication with me via phone was very reassuring. Sara assured me that she will keep me in mind and not rest until she has successfully found me a place.<br>To my greatest surprise, Sara called me up and told me about a flat in Wallington. She immediately booked me in for viewing and I tell you from start to finish was quick and fast. I didn’t even know I was going to be accepted by the landlord but this is alll thanks to Sara and Roger’s who made it very possible. I have recently been supported by Andrew's Wallington after I was issued with a no fault eviction from a previous tenancy. Laila Von Trapp is a star to be honest. She set me up with a viewing of the current tenancy that I've got and had supported me all the way through from setting up the possibility of it happening to moving in. I wrote a review about her when I had been set up with my previous tenancy and she is one of the reasons why I would want to keep using Andrew's. I would also like to mention Sarah Ford in relation to the current tenancy for selling the flat to me when I viewed it. Sarah is one of those agents who says that she is very happy for me that I've landed on my feet but that detracts from how good she comes across in doing her job and I'm more grateful for agents like her than I am happy for my own well-being.

Would be 0 if it could be. Agency only cares about landlords money and not tenants. Agency admitted fault for renting an unsuitable property. 3 weeks of hell trying to get repairs, non working boiler, no checks before move in from agency. Mould was awful, shocking paint job done to cover mould. Windows didn't close properly. Initial viewing was done with tenants so couldn't see majority of these faults or issues. Every report made to agency took ages to sort, because they prioritised the landlords feelings and their ability to 'fix' the issues, but their cowboy contractors were AWFUL. AVOID renting at all costs. We informed them we were leaving due to disrepair, met by refusal, threats of payments, told we could not leave due to contract. Left early no issue in the end due to the fact the property should not have been let in the condition it was in after multiple emails from Rebecca threatening we could not leave and would be liable for payments still.

My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. Communication is key and their email and SMS update system kept me totally aware of progress at all times.

Louise Reynolds has been my agent. On meeting her at the new property, she was warm friendly and had all the information I needed in regards to the property. She has been liaising with the landlord in regards to our moving in date and items the landlord would like to leave in the property for a smooth transition. So far so good. She answers all emails ( and I’m sure she gets hundreds per day) in a timely fashion. I think what I most appreciated was her warmth and openness. It really helps when showing a property. I have had a very negative experience with this tenancy and as a result will not be renewing my tenancy. I initially complained and received an acknowledgment of my concerns but the service never really improved. For example the external security light for the rear of the property has never worked and I’ve reported it 5-6 times over 11 months. It’s dark coming from the car park to the back door and I’ve tripped a few times over an exposed manhole cover in the dark.
