We first met John Hodges from Home Properties when we went to purchase our current property. This was followed by few more visits to the property as we wanted ensure the accessibility of the property. We were shown around by John and John Snr. They were both professional and and willing to provide any additional information we needed. They also helped achieve our desired completion dates.
We were very pleased with the service provided for the purchase and instructed them again to sell our previous property.
The process was long as the property market was not favourable. We were advised on various things to do to increase the chances of sale.
John and John Snr were very helpful pre SSTC and Jenny Barnwell -Thornton helped us through to completion resolving issues as they arose.
I was very impressed with the Home Properties sale team and would recommend the full team from (Reception/Admin) to John, John Senior, Penny and Jeremy through the buying and selling processes
I would thoroughly recommend the Services provided by The Home Property Sale without hesitation

We sold our home and brought another.
This was an amazing personalised service of a small close knit team who really tailored our experience to work with us. We were out of the country for weeks on end yet they still communicated with us at times that suited our time zone (at our request). To letting in the home surveyor of our sold property whilst we were away. Alongside 24/7 7 days a week support via WhatsApp or email. This is just a few of the many things Home Property took in their stride and supported us with.
We were so impressed with the knowledge they have over South Leicestershire and how no request was too much trouble. To helping us when we had sold with chasing solicitors and not allowing large pauses of our sale. They really went the extra mile to get us sold. We recommend them to all of our friends and will be using them again in the future for sure.

From start to finish, I can only describe the service we received from Jamie and the Home team as exceptional. During what turned out to be six months of arduous attempted house purchase, Jamie was there at every step. Nothing was too much. His advice and guidance saved our house sale and kept our chain alive on several occasions.
The most impressive bit was the personal touch. At no point did it feel like you were dealing with a company, it felt more like you were dealing with an old friend, that happened to be an expert in buying and selling houses!
I know from our point of view, we wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

After a separation our property was on the market since covid and we had been through 4 agents! All the agents sold the false promises to us yet no sale on the property. Then Jamie comes along and told me to manifest this sale and OMG as soon as it was on the market with Home propert we were getting offers.

There was constant communication throughout, and if I needed clarity on certain issues the team was there to assist. Jamie and Rebekka are the dream team! I've had experiences with estate agents and I can honestly say I've not had better service and support than I had with Home Properties.
From the excellent marketing to the easy and flexible contract, Home Properties were perfect from the beginning.
They turned up on time, did all my viewings. Arrived with enough time to see how I was and check in with me. Rebekka always dressed beautifully and was very passionate about selling my home. Jamie was easyily reachable and always respected my time and spoke with frank honesty and politely.
I was asked first about viewings before the client was contacted. The team secured me an offer on my property very quickly and worked hard for me to realise the best price possible.
I felt I was underpaying them for the amount of bespoke work and care they gave me and my family.
