We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. It started off well but then I felt quite disappointed. There was a mix up on their part over the key for them to access property. This caused inconvenience to me. Poor communication. Then times for a Saturday viewing were messed up. I was unaware there were to be 3 viewings. I would have not agreed to 3 due to personal circumstances at the time. Then the times given to me were incorrect. I did everything I could to fit in viewings and would take digs out so not around. I just felt communication was quite poor on occasions.... Read more
