Excellent service from the start, Jon took the time & went into depth where he felt he & had team could improve the exposure of our property. Jon & team in particular Jeremy were always professional, courteous & put alot of effort into selling our property. They got us double the amount of viewings in 6 weeks than a previous agent did for us in 12 & we accepted an offer on that 6th week. Couldn't be happier & we highly recommend them to everyone.... Although not one of the big agents locally, Jon and his team certainly have a good grasp of the local housing market and what influences price. His communication was always timely, informative and honest. He also went out of his way to carry out certain tasks at the property as we no longer live in Northampton. Overall a very good agent.
