The initial visit by Graham was very professional and efficient. Once on the market both Sam and Ellie were really helpful and supportive through the very long and protracted process involved in selling the property. This was due to outside agencies and no fault of Hunters. Ellie went above and beyond to get this sale over the line chasing other parties and updating me to keep me in the picture. I would thoroughly recommend Hunters as they are superb.

Putting the house on the Market and having a good informative chat with Graham- make the decision to go with Hunter very easy.

We purchased a bungalow using Estate Agents HUNTERS Kendal. We found Ellie and Samantha to be superb and a credit to the company. We were kept informed every step of what turned out to be a very long purchasing journey( of absolutely no fault of the estate agent). Consequently we felt confident that the team were acting both in the vendors and the purchasers best interest. Samantha was our first point of content, with Ellie ably stepping in when Samantha was unavailable. At one stage we were contacted and updated daily. The team were very professional, efficient, caring and personable. Highly recommend.

We first had our house on the market with The Cumberland which then changed to Hunters. When it changed we couldn't directly speak to them without ringing a central number, there were delays in ringing us back and when they did different people had mixed our noted up. In the words of a couple who came for a second viewing with us "I think the lady that showed us round warmed up to us by the end". Very unimpressed with this poor service, switched to a different estate agents.

Suzanne came out and took our photos and she was able to answer any questions we had and she was so helpful. She wasn’t pushy and she made our needs her priority! Our landlord let’s through Cumberland. Couldn’t recommend them more. We were kept up to date through every step of our viewing to application to moving in. Just really pleased with the service. Also everyone we dealt with there was a credit to the company. Really welcoming, friendly and answered every question we had.
