Exceptional service from Poole Townsend, my experience is specific to Elliot as he was my point of contact and went above and beyond to ensure clear and consistent information was both provided and relayed to other parties.

I am still at an early stage so cannot judge fairly at the moment. Comparison with similar properties in the area are not altogether accurate e.g. the properties may seem similar but assessing quality is trickier like comparing a well maintained Rolls Royce to a well used Ford. If someone is looking for a safe area in which to live, with little disruption to their lives this is for them.

Bought a house advertised by Poole Townsend completing in December last year. They were patient with me asking lots of questions over the course of the sale, and responded to enquiries/worked through their steps within a reasonable amount of time. I especially appreciated the people who were in the office when I went in to collect my keys, as they were really friendly and shared my excitement for my new home! They must see a fair few people come in for keys so it felt really nice that they were still able to smile and celebrate with me!

Poor Townsend have had great communication in the lead up to making the decision to put our house on the market. They kindly kept in contact until we decided we were ready to proceed and then once that decision had been made they were very fast to take the photos and market the house. On the whole very pleased with you selling our house. As it was a one way sale it was quite straight forward. The reason why I haven’t given 5 stars is because there was a mistake in the written details of the house. And a couple of times after ringing and leaving a message no one got back to me . Very easy for me to leave a 5 star review having recently purchased a new home for me and my family through Poole Townsend in Kendal. A special mention to Carol, Cally and Becky for putting up with me throughout the process and making what can be a stressful move really quite fun. Very lovely and approachable people. Having dealt with several agents in the local area previously I have to say the service received from Poole Townsend was far superior. Thanks again.
