Hunters have been amazing from start to finish. The whole team have been a pleasure to work with. Trying to sell a tenanted block of flats with 6 sets of tenants is no easy task. As a first time homebuyer, the process of buying a house was really confusing and at times overwhelming. However, the team at Hunters Scarborough went above and beyond. Not only were they organised during the viewing and had all the answers to questions but they were eager to find out the answer if they didn't know something. Throughout the whole process they were engaging and kept me informed of what was happening with the sale. They were also super understanding of us being first time buyers and there was never any stupid questions. And when we had an issue with the sale the team helped us through. Also our sales advisor Faye Clough was amazing throughout the whole process (I don't think we could have done it without her). I used Hunters to sell my property, they were very quick to arrange an assessment and offered some good advise on options regarding letting or selling. Once I had decided to sell, they came to the house and completed some 3D photography for a virtual tour (I actually got offers from people who just did the virtual tour). Their listing was really good and showed the property well, while keeping true to its condition. The communication for viewings and offers was outstanding, I was kept in the loop the whole time. Through the sale process I was able to reach people quickly and they helped me arrange various contractors and other inspections required by the buyer.
